Absolutely disgusting service from the service centre, lady that called me was rude and had a terrible attitude, spoke to me as if I was in the wrong for booking my car in for a repair, I was called late afternoon the day before the appointment and questioned in a rude manor about why I wanted to bring the car, I was fully prepared to pay for whatever the car needed doing, no issues at all but the way I was spoken to on the call I have cancelled the appointment and will be going elsewhere, also allowed me to book a curtesy car on original booking and was then told I couldn’t have one and was made to feel like I was in the wrong for not being able to accept this, not what you expect from a dealership !!

This was my fifth car with you and true to form the Sales Representative - Victoria just made my purchase so easy
to do she was so helpful and Professional and friendly.

The dealer who dealt with us (Aqib), was most helpful, the whole process of buying a new car was seamless. A private reg was bought separately as a gift and the dealership helpfully advised and dealt with registration of the car in the private plate number. A good experience, we were fully informed of all details along the way. Cheers.

Very friendly staff. I was impressed that the managers would also take their time with you to discuss any areas you were not too sure about. The process was not rushed and you were give time to decide what car and deal suited you. The staff are excellent, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a new car.

The initial puchase of my car went very well but after that it was all down hill. THey'd made the sale and they were happy. The day I picked the car up they'd realised there was a fault. Ok , I'll let them arrange fixing it , no, I had to call up and chase for it to get fixed. In the mean time other faults came to my attention. Ok they'll look in to it, it's ok it's the weather causing the problem..... we'll see ! Sarah in the servicing team seem to be very arrogant and ignorant when questioned on my concerns. But lets see how any , if any, future dealings go. This review may change but I am doubtful.

Despite a rocky start, the Sales Manager and sales staff turned a difficult situation into nothing less than a perfect outcome with a speedy resolution. They were honest and open, did not attempt to hide any facts and were superb in both their attitude, friendliness and professionalism. The whole team were excellent in their communication with us. Their service was nothing less than impressive.
