Manu the Ford Vertu Scotswood Road Newcastle show room was the salesman who was very efficient in explaining the process that I needed to go through to get my Mobility vehicle and he was always in contact with me explaining what was going on from meeting him and up to handing over my new Ford Puma and all of the staff where very friendly and welcoming to me thanks again for a pleasurable experience.

Natalie at Newcastle VERTU Ford looked after our customer care from start to finish. The process of finding the car that was right for us, getting it delivered and part exchanging our existing car was incredibly smooth thanks to her. Natalie was also on hand to answer any queries we had whilst we were in and outside of the showroom. Due to ill health I was unable to pick my car up as arranged. Then a hospital admission meant I missed the next appointment as well. Sarah Creighton was very sympathetic and nothing was too much trouble. I greatly appreciate her patience and her handover was very professional.

I recently purchased a car through…
I recently purchased a car through Vertu Ford from Adil. He was great from start to finish, very knowledgeable and really went the extra mile for us. The garage is so welcoming and friendly, runs very efficiently and nothing is a problem. The sales manager Jonathan has also gone above and beyond, as has Natalie who looked after me in Adils absence. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
