A couple of weeks ago we were looking for a new electric Ford Puma and visited Vertu Ford Newcastle. We were approached very quickly by Sarah Creighton. She was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. In a nutshell we took delivery yesterday and yet again nothing was too much trouble for her.

Received a car that after couple of…
Received a car that after couple of days needed a new battery tracking done and a new steering column fitted took 6 weeks to repair so refused the car for a new one didnt receive anything to say sorry for the inconvenience caused,sales man adil was great tho couldnt fault him

Best experience I have had buying a car
Very well looked after by Jack- very genuine without being pushy. Listened to what I wanted and how much I had to spend and found exactly what I was looking for.
My Honda jazz is just perfect.
Even the manager came out to wish us well- overall an excellent service.

I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff from the minute I walking into the building and the young gentleman who delt with my order(Kalvin) bent over backwards to ensure my every need and requirement was met with a kind and courteous manner. He made me feel very relaxed and more confident driving on a test drive than I ever have before by explaining all the new gadgets and system this new car has before we set off. To sum it up I could not have asked for any better service if I tried five stars all the way

Having dealt with many car dealerships over the years I have to say our experience with Vertu Newcastle Ford surpasses the rest.

Exceptional, friendly service
Firstly, as a potential customer from Northern Ireland where vehicle prices are higher, the price of the vehicle purchased was very good value. Being cautious about having to, in effect, have the "deal done" before seeing the vehicle, I have to say that Mark Hubbard, the sales rep, was extremely helpful. He went that "extra mile" with all aspects of the transaction, even picking me up from the airport.
