Fantastic experience Vertu Shirley

What a lovely branch of the Vertu network the Shirley branch is.
I've just found the car I've been after for a few years thanks to wonderful team at Shirley. From the very start of the journey it was made pleasant and enjoyable thanks to the expertise and professionalism of sales person Tara.
She helped alleviate all my fears about buying a car over the Internet and arranged all the finance, made it all so easy.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Tara was so lovely, easy to talk to and created a really personalised experience. As a first time car buyer, she really took her time to explain all the information regarding the car, took me on a test drive and didn't put any unnecessary pressure on my decision to purchase it, which was really appreciated. Utterly useless

I have let Vertu motors, Shirley know 5 times that my late Mother has passed away who owned the car that Vertu Motors sold her. But I am continually receiving text messages and phone calls reminding me to service a car that we no longer own. I wrote a review on here about 2 weeks ago expressing my frustration about continually being contacted about MOTs and services as I'd received yet another text reminder to service the car we sold last October. Despite me informing them 5 times I was still getting hounded.The Manager David Howe saw my review and apologised in a half baked insincere message. And guess what? I've had another call from them this morning. If I get one more text or phone call I'm going to the press and Social Media. Sick of being hounded. The last time was 27th April, the day before I'd spread Mums ashes. It was upsetting. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

Great service from Steve from start to finish after being recommended by family. Fast and efficient from booking an appointment to receiving a a new car within two weeks. All parts of the part exchange process were explained clearly and I was kept up to date at each stage and appreciated follow up calls to check everything was ok with the new car

Very clean and well organised bristol…

Very clean and well organised bristol st shirley .Wayne was our sales person very helpful from when we got there till we purchased a car .would definitely recommend this place .on putting this review iv had a issue with the vehicle i purchased .I asked the question does it have a recall on it and was told no even thought I knew there was has a friend's car had one.was told it must have been sorted. Less than 2 weeks I had a recall on the issue i asked about so was sold a car that had a recall on the Battery where ya can only charge at 80% .I would probably have not purchased it had it known . Make matters worse ford have no FIX 4 it . Then had a phone call from service depot can ya bring car in 4 a recall thought it was about the Battery no completely different issue so another recall in the matter of 2 weeks .think this is me Done with Ford now especially ford shirley as think iv been taken 4 a ride here Never again 40 years driving ford .unhappy customer.

Such a professional company. I was seen by Steve Clayton and the process was very clear and precise. Everything explained and made easy. It is the 4th time using Vertu in Shirley and buying off Steve. Very highly recommended 100%.

Tara was good but very overworked

Tara was good but very overworked
She was very helpful but it was difficult to speak on the phone as she was always busy
The car smelled of smoke when I received it
It looks to be a good car but the smell really spoils it
It drives nicely but I need the windows open to get fresh air
I suggest the team needs more staff and Tara deserves a payrise

I have to say this was the best…

I have to say this was the best experience I had ever had of buying a car. Vertu Shirley could not do enough from start to finish of the complete purchase process. It was made so easy and straight forward I would highly recommend five ⭐️ . The team at vertu Shirley were second to none there knowledge and information on the car I purchased was great and put my mind at rest and totally took the stress of buying a car away.

Excellent Service

From start to finish it was a really smooth transaction. No pressure selling and really lovely and efficient to deal with. This is my second car from this group and both dealerships have been great. Would definitely recommend if buying a used car.

I recently reserved a car online with Vertu Motors in Solihull and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Claude Spence delivered a level of service that felt both professional and personal, making the whole experience smooth and stress‑free.

From the moment he contacted me by phone I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued customer he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offering clear, honest advice without any pressure. It’s rare to find a dealership where you feel listened to rather than sold to, but Vertu Motors absolutely delivered on
What really stood out was the aftercare,even though I didn’t make a purchase due to ill health .That level of customer service is something you don’t forget.
So having not made a sale I still got the utmost respect from Claude and Jordan.
So thank you both so much.
