Tara was good but very overworked
Tara was good but very overworked
She was very helpful but it was difficult to speak on the phone as she was always busy
The car smelled of smoke when I received it
It looks to be a good car but the smell really spoils it
It drives nicely but I need the windows open to get fresh air
I suggest the team needs more staff and Tara deserves a payrise

I have to say this was the best experience I had ever had of buying a car. Vertu Shirley could not do enough from start to finish of the complete purchase process. It was made so easy and straight forward I would highly recommend five ⭐️ . From the moment he contacted me by phone I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued customer he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offering clear, honest advice without any pressure. What really stood out was the aftercare,even though I didn’t make a purchase due to ill health .That level of customer service is something you don’t forget.

Initial enquiry / demo drive was for a potential purchase next year in March. This was explained pre demo drive in October which Shaun fully understood, and never tried to sell any product but was exceptionally helpful at that point answering all questions as if I were going to make purchase immanently. Upon deciding to make the purchase sooner Shaun again was helpful & understanding throughout.

Excellent service all around
No pressure sales force. Very friendly. The car was not new but was prepared to a very high level and looked new. Everything was explained well and communication via telephone, text and email was excellent.
Cannot fault the experience.

Excellent service and was kept up to…
Excellent service and was kept up to date all the time by Lazar the Salesperson. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to delay the purchase by a week , but that was no problem.
Was a bit disgruntled as we paid for a tank of petrol and for delivery , but they drove the car the 160 miles to us and used our fuel. I rang up to complain and they immediately apologised and said the driver should have refuelled when they got here and so the refunded all the fuel payment .
The car was in top condition and would definitely recommend this car sales outfit.
