Excellent customer service provided by Luke at the Stoke showroom. Always did everything he promised, phoning back, providing answers to questions etc. Nothing was too much trouble for him. When we first enquired about a van as well as Luke another member of staff also helped with information in a very friendly professional way. Very impressed with these guys.

Recently purchased Ford Kuga from Trentham Lakes, Staffordshire showroom. We dealt with Jack Bannister who wasprofessional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions, nothing was too much trouble. We had a brief chat with the manager Johnnie who was also very professional and polite.
Would recommend the showroom for anyone thinking of purchasing a car.

Excellent Customer Service. I highly recommend
I purchased a used Ford Fiesta ST from Jack Dundas at Vertu Ford Stoke On Trent. I live in Aberdeenshire so dealt with Jack over the phone. Jack was always responsive and courteous. Jack provided the right level of detail and options but never pushed too hard unlike some experiences I've had with car salesman. The Business Manager, Pete, was also available offering add-ons to clinch the deal.
I travelled from Aberdeenshire to Stoke on Trent with Jack picking me up at the train station. Jack, and Pete, were both available with everything prepared so I simply had to sign a few documents.
I would also add the little touches like unveiling the car and providing supermarket trolley tokens with keys made the whole experience gold standard.
In summary I had a fantastic, stress fee experience and would definitely use Vertu again, so strongly recommend.

Travel an hour from home for a vehicle…
Travel an hour from home for a vehicle in Vertu Stoke-on-Trent. Was met with Stewart one of the sales executives as we were viewing the vehicle we were interested in.
Stewart was great at providing us with information and assurances regarding some cosmetic issues on the vehicle and how they would ensure the vehicle was meeting my expectations.
Jonny the sales manager introduced himself and was equally courteous and helpful.
Collected the vehicle a few days later with everything requested completed. Friendly, courteous and true to word experience at this garage.
Excellent customer service and satisfaction from us all round. Thank you.
