Great experience
Simon was really helpful, we were buying our first EV and understandably had a lot of questions. Added to that, we were buying at a distance, but all options were discussed and we made the trip down.
This was well worth doing as Simon was able to explain and show some of the main features of the car.

Both Ian and mark were very helpful and accommodating with our requests. From the first initial contact they gave a fantastic ease of how to talk to somebody about enquiring about a new vehicle. Ian Jakeways reminded me of myself in dealing with people by understanding quickly you build up a good repertoire and have a giggle along the way. The way I was dealt with was one of the best buying a new vehicle. Everything was explained in understandable terms and nothing was impossible to talk about. I purchased a vehicle from there as they made me feel valued. On hand over Mark Wheeler was really good as took time to explain the details and how the new vehicle works. Visited the west bromwich branch, spoke to mark wheeler and the manager lewis who found me the most perfect spec vehicle that was in stock, gave me a great price for my trade in fair and reasonable then got my new monthly payment below where i wanted to be, car is immaculate and everything i wanted big thank you
