Just collected our brand new Ford Puma from Vertu West Brom, Lella was amazing and really informative throughout the whole process, talking us through the specifications of the car and making our buying experience more personal, The customer service from the start was impeccable, friendly reception staff and we walked in without previously making an appointment, and Lella was on hand happy to help with our Query’s, We were kept informed on the progress of our new car throughout, and the handover was fantastic, will definitely be coming back to Vertu Ford West Brom in the future! Great experience
Simon was really helpful, we were buying our first EV and understandably had a lot of questions. Added to that, we were buying at a distance, but all options were discussed and we made the trip down.
This was well worth doing as Simon was able to explain and show some of the main features of the car.

Sales persons to ask for mark wheeler / Ian Jakeways
Both Ian and mark were very helpful and accommodating with our requests. With extra items to complete our car.Plus easy to talk to during negotiations for the part exchange , we didn’t fell pressured or rushed to complete , the pace of the process was down to us .
