Fantastic Dealership
Honestly can't recommend this dealership enough!
I had a bad experience with another dealer and thankfully Vertu were on hand to help. I visited the West Bromwich branch and was met by Mark who was very helpful and friendly.
He passed me then over to Umair who helped me find the perfect car. Throughout our first visit to the final visit collecting my new car they were absolutely fantastic, keeping me informed throughout with phone calls and emails.
I would recommend this dealership to absolutely anyone!!!!

A wonderful experience, Lella was very professional and helpful. All my needs were met, this is my 3rd motability car, and the process was great, each time I went to the showroom, I was made to feel welcomed, it was a very relaxed atmosphere which in turn made me feel comfortable, thank you for all your help and support.
