Great from day one
From day 1 of visiting your showroom at the West Bromwich site we have been treated brilliant. Mark and Ian spoke to us first and explained that Lella the motability operative wasn't in at the time but still showed us a perspective car that might be OK for us. We can honestly say that the whole team are very informative and friendly in all aspects and very knowledgeable about all cars within the store. Lella has been so good she knows everything about the motability scheme and talked us through it extremely well. Can we just say we have been on the motability scheme for some years now and have never been treated so great by ford and especially Lella, if anyone we know wants a car, just in general we would definitely recommend virtue ford blacklake West Bromwich for ease of purchasing a car or motability scheme all the staff are lovely especially Lella Harding 5 Stars all the way, well done ford

omg will never use these for parts ever…
omg will never use these for parts ever again. i will travel the extra few miles to another ford dealership. just called in to pick up a wing mirror that was ordered yesterday.they rang to say it was in, poped out of work to fetch it. rang the bell at bottom of the stairs, to be ignored. had to keep asking random staff who said it was nothing to do with them. Eventually one staff memeber rang them. Then finally one of the guys who said nothing to do with him came and handed me the mirror.
