If you want your car fixing, then DON'T take it here. They are good tyre kickers, but nothing else. They have had my car twice and both times failed to even diagnose the cause of the fault, but still won't paying. Total waste of time and money.

Everyone was polite and helpful without any pressure, Ajay was a really nice man to deal with and made the whole car buying experience easy.

Enquired about VW Passat NH19UGD and if the essential DSG gearbox services had been carried out, no proof of any such prior servicing and none done by the dealership for the gearbox. Then asked about the cambelt being done as the car is around 70k miles to be told they were hiding behind VW's updated plans to not replace until the car is 140k miles! The car is 2019 and the VW did not change this until 2023 so doesnt technically apply. As we all know, no rubber belt will last this long due to natural deterioration and asked if they would replace this alongside the water pump with me offering to pay the outright price with no promotions. They refused and became very cagey with me, kept repeating their offer ended today and then refused to extend my reservation until I could physically go and see the car on Saturday.
I had also asked for a few other clarifications that were never responded to.
Not a great advert for sales and refused for me to speak with their mechanic to get his opinion. Ajay Singh and Stuart Hill were who I spoke with today. If this is the sales service then this has a lot to say for aftersales. I would urge everyone to avoid unless you want a hefty repair bill.
If you are female and know about cars they really do not like it.

To add to this, I then received a phone call from Lee Upton twlling me he had seen my review, he spoke over me, was very rude and has no managerial weight to anything. He then allowed his staff Stuart Hill to email me again sending me info I hadnt asked for, all I asked for was my deposit back (still no confirmation this has been processed) but now I'm being borderline harassed by Vertu!

Very positive experience. From good advice received regarding suitability of vehicle for me/ the different options available. The information given was very good and detailed. Excellent communication from the Sales Person , both face to face and over the telephone. A very short time after we purchased a Honda Jazz (after a test drive) and once again the customer service was excellent. My previous car was part exchanged, which was a straightforward process.

This is the second new Honda Jazz Car I bought from Vertu Honda Doncaster. The same sales person on each occasion. A.J. Singh has conducted each sale in a friendly professional and knowledge manner making, the securing of the agreement an easy pleasant process. All the staff have at Doncaster Vertu have proved to have a customer caring attitude. On 29 .06.26 my previous car was given it's first M.O.T. and it's annual service. Emma at the reception desk provided a very efficient liaison with the workshop while waited for the return of my vehicle.

purchased honda jazz 06/01/2026.reported a problem with 1st gear the next day.it is now 09/07/2026 and i am still waiting for a repair.absolutely disgusting service,i now have to take them to court to get redress.enough said.be warned.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I travelled a long distance to collect my car after being assured that drive-away insurance would be arranged, only to discover after leaving dealership that it had been forgotten thanks God I have checked it just in time and parked my car next to dealership by KFC . I was left unable to drive the car away until I arranged my own insurance, causing unnecessary stress and delay and can cause serious consequences for me if I forgot to check.
I also raised concerns about a mileage discrepancy and other issues after the purchase, but despite giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve them, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or any meaningful compensation. As a result, I returned the vehicle.
I expected much better customer service and communication from a main dealership and never had this kind of service before from a main dealership. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations, and I would not recommend them based on how my concerns were handled.

Excellent service from all members of staff. Especially Liam who through his professional mannerism, changed my views of how I felt about the new Aygo Hybrid Design. I was taken on a test drive in the Aygo Sports, which convinced me to change from a Yaris to the new Aygo I have now. Well done Liam and thank you for all your help and advice.

Shaun was really lovely. I was buying my first car and he was so helpful. He just let me and my mum have a look and discuss between us what we thought was right. He really made the experience of buying my first car an enjoyable one! Would definitely recommend as the staff are lovely!!
