Everything was clearly explained I could ring up anytime between ordering the new car and delivery if I had any questions and they were clearly and most helpfully answered. On collection day everything was ready and different features were explained .

Sean and the team were first class and restored my faith in the used car industry.I travelled over 8 hours to give the team my business and wasn't disappointed.
The car is great as described and just what I needed. There was one small issue that was quickly resolved.

Excellent Sales Manager (Baljit Singh) at Vertu Doncaster. Baljit is a very genuine and helpful member of the sales team and I have been so impressed that I have gone back, despite having a Honda dealer much nearer to where I live. This dealership has a lovely atmosphere when you walk in and the sales team are always happy and helpful. I picked up my new crv yesterday and so far delighted with it. We love the car and the service was second to none, Charlie was great nothing was too much for him, he answered every question and went above and beyond to help us.
Even out in the forecourt he programmed our phones into the car as we are not technically minded (to old in the tooth lol)
So far the car is perfect, we had a 200 mile journey back home to Canvey island then we went out last night on another little trip for 2.5 hours around London.
Thank you Charlie you’re a great lad who showed true compassion to a couple of oldies. Lovely xx

The salesman, joe, was friendly, helpful and willing to find the car i wanted. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I was made to feel a valuable customer. I was given a fair and honest appraisal of the car I was trading in. There was no pressure and any questions were answered.
The whole experience was pleasurable and effortless. I will have no qualms in recommending you to anyone who asks.
I have had some horrendous experiences buying cars, over the years. Yours was the best.
