I had an excellent experience purchasing my car and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Lukas.
From the very beginning, Lukas was extremely helpful and professional. He answered every query I had promptly and thoroughly. On the occasions where he didn’t immediately know the answer, he always took the time to find out and came back to me quickly with clear information. His communication and honesty throughout the process were greatly appreciated.
I travelled to Doncaster by train to collect the car, and Lukas went above and beyond by kindly picking me up on his way to work in his own car. This was not something he was obligated to do, but it made a huge difference and really demonstrated his commitment to providing great customer service.
The entire experience was smooth, professional, and very positive from start to finish. Lukas is a real asset to the company and I believe his efforts and dedication should certainly be recognised by management.

Buying a Honda jazz from Vertu Doncaster
Made a series of visits to enquire about the car, take a test drive, order the car (Honda Jazz E:HEV), sort out the finance and collect the car. The salesman was called Joe. He was pleasant, polite, (not pushy unlike some salesmen I met in other non-Honda showrooms) and very competent answering all my questions and very helpful taking me through all the paperwork. Car was well prepared for when I drove it away on the 13th March. Overall a good experience.
