A great team effort from Nottingham Honda
Although delivery of our car was "lost" in the Honda system for several weeks, the very helpful staff at Nottingham were able to guide us through to completion of our purchase of our new Jazz Crosstar. In particular help by both Talhulah and Anise was invaluable. Well done to both of them.

My experience from enquiring about a Honda vehicle to having access of same, the sales team was exceptionally helpful and supportive Damien listen to all my queries and give good professional advice.

At the outset, I knew little about the pros and cons of the hybrid car concept. Barney explained this clearly. He also had a deep knowledge of the car's capabilities and his explanation of the various controls made for a pleasant and meaningful test drive.

From the moment I made an enquiry about my chosen used vehicle at the Nottingham Honda dealership the team couldnt have been more helpful and informative .
Damien and Tom kick started the sales process and were very professional in their delivery of information , responsive in answering adhoc calls too.No questions went unanswered .
Tallulah then picked up the reigns in vehicle handover ...delivering a great video prior to visiting the dealership and her customer service standards were second to none .I was travelling down from Glasgow to pick the vehicle up so confidence in the team selling me the vehicle was paramount as I didnt plan on it being a wasted journey .
Suffice to say ...excellent experience on the day ...they went the exta mile ...
Car was in the showroom ....and like a magic show ....was under cover of a black sheet ....to be 'revealed 'on arrival ...a very nice touch and different... ....From there I met the team , finalised the paper work had a nice coffee or two . .
Their telephone manner was underpinned by their individual personalities in person ...very pleasant , welcoming and wanting to deliver whats best for the customer .
They are all a credit to Vertu Honda ...and I wouldnt hesitate to purchase there again based on my experience .
Had a great drive north in a wonderful car ....

I went to Vertu Honda not expecting to buy a new car. But the deal that they had on at that time, it would have been mad not to buy one.
Daniel the salesperson was great ,not in your face explained everything you needed to know about buying the car.

The experience was going to plan
The experience was going to plan. The handover was set for 01/03/2026 10.00. A salesperson called me informing me that is was not possible for a glitch with the system. I had already changed my insurance over to the new car a Jazz. I had to put a temporary insurance on my HRV. I eventually received the car on the 9th. It has taken the excitement out of receiving a new car. I have never had this trouble with ordering a new car before. The salesperson was very good and perlite im not blaming him.
