Great help from start to finish making it an easy transition on purchasing a car

I collected my new car yesterday and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Paul, the representative who looked after me, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and made everything easy and stress-free.

The car itself has gone well beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’d highly recommend Vertu Motors to anyone looking for great service and a smooth buying experience. Thank you again to Paul and the team!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at Vertu (Hyundai) in Exeter. Andy supported me through the whole process was very informative and went above and beyond to find the right car for me. As I do finance I change my car every 3-4 years and he sorted out so much for me to make me feel at ease when it came to choosing the right car and handing the keys over. Andy knew I was very skeptical with finding a new car and letting my KONA go as I absolutely loved that car. However Andy listened well to what things I wanted and found the car that was right and finance part was slightly cheaper. Andy communicated very well with me he emailed me when my new car arrived with a video and sorted a date to collect my new car he made everything easy and was very quick to response if I had any burning questions or worries. Andy assured me with certain things and when I collected the car he was very helpful and supportive with putting my sons car seat in and my son even wanted to help with the paperwork in handing mummy’s new car.
Massive thank you again to Andy, I’ll be back in 3-4 years for another Hyundai car as they are the best.

Booked a test drive online and quickly received a video of the car and a phone call from Dan. Dan took us for a test drive in the car which was immaculate. He was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to quickly answer all our questions. We found Dan very helpful and not pushy. Excellent customer service which is often rare to find. The car was cleaned and looking fabulous. The service team had completed a recent service and MOT ensuring the car was running smoothly on pick up. Thank you

I purchased a Kona after a delightful test drive and perfectly pitched dialogue with Peter Fisher. I was provided with all the information I required without being pressured in any way. I would definitely recommend him to all other buyers. 10 out of 10!!

They were very helpful even though they were busy at the time . The only down side is that the site is too small , parking is difficult and no handover area .
This is of course not a reflection of the staff who work there.

This is our second Motability Hyundai Kona from Vertu Exeter Hyundai and once again we are delighted both with the service received and the car! On arrival at the showrooms all staff are friendly and welcoming regardless of their role which is great in this day and age! The Senior Sales Executive, Andy Hallums, has processed both ordering and delivery of both cars and his knowledge of the Motability systems as well as the vehicle features is exemplary. He spends time to go through the new vehcle handover process and explains and assists with setup of the features clearly and thoroughly. We have no reservations about recommending this dealership and will return for any future purchases.

I had a great experience with hyundai in Exeter, walked in and was seen too promptly. I went through everything that was important to me, what I needed and what I was nervous about (slightly bigger car). Sharon was excellent, helped me get a car that I loved with all the features I had in my mind. I was worried about parking because it was bigger than my car and on the test drive we went to car parks where I could practice and get used to the cameras ect. I didn't feel rushed and I felt happy in the car. Picked it up a few days later :) trade in was also a simple, hassle free process.

Dan was absolutely brilliant, he was so helpful and welcoming from the get go.
I initially went in to look at the i10 but this didn’t suit my needs so Dan recommended the i20 which was absolutely perfect for me. The process was super straightforward and non confusing which is great. The car only took a week to arrive which is much quicker than I thought it would be. Dan kept me updated every step of the way I really cannot fault him.

We had a fantastic service from Andy Hallums he was very knowledgeable and explained everything. What we liked the no pressure selling he gave us all the information so we could decide and we went for the inster. Definitely recommend Hyundai Exeter and the fantastic service we received.
