Sales man Ash facilitated a smooth and transparent process of buying my car. Every detail was explained clearly, making the paper work and handover quick and easy.
The car was in an immaculate condition, cleaned and prepped for collection. We are thrilled with the new car and the high level of customer care we received.

I'm over the moon is all I can say. I dealt with Ash from Vertu Hyundi Sunderland from start to finish when buying my used Audi - that's great as you build up a rapport rather than dealing with different salesmen. He went through everything with me and totally put me at ease, took me out on test drive and was there at the end when I collected my new car - they even took my old car in part ex so that was brilliant. He informed me of extra warranty and service deals. All in all a fantastic experience from a very professional and friendly team. First class service from the salesman. John was the first guy to assist me and was a Very helpful in the purchase of my new car. He introduced me to most of the guys in the show room and made my wife and I very relaxed. The Process of the purchase and the part exchange was seamless. I received £500 off the value due to a weekend sale and a decent price for my trade in.
