Excellent staff and service
Excellent experience from start to finish with these guys. The service I received from Dave Hart and John Goldsmith was outstanding and the reason I brought the vehicle. I am not local so asked for a video of the vehicle, John provided this and it was really good quality and showed me everything I needed. I then spoke to Dave who was really friendly and helpful. I brought the car after this and then again the brilliant service confirmed, Dave kept me updated after I sent the money to let me know it had arrived and John was super friendly and good on the phone and made the process really easy and smooth.
When I went to pick up my car again everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I was super happy with my new car and the service I received. Was worth driving all the way from Nottingham! Could not recommend these guys enough and would defiantly buy from them again. Thank you

What a wonderful buying experience our salesman was John who was fantastic didn't rush us and helped at each stage. I also have to say Phil and Craig made everything move smoothly and made us feel totally valued. Not impressed-car returned
I purchased a 3 year old green Fiat 500 Dolcevita on 19th December. Within a couple of days I found that the key did not always engage when I tried to start the car and sometimes it took several goes before it would start. My previous car which was also a Fiat 500, which I had for 16 years never had an issue like this. I contacted the salesman who advised me to bring the car back in for it to be inspected which I did on 27th December. As it was the Christmas/New Year holiday period the earliest a Fiat garage could look at it would be 6th January. I rang 7th January to be told by a sales manager that Fiat could find nothing wrong with the car nor could they replicate the fault so I advised I no longer wanted the car as for me it wasn't fit for purpose. The salesman who sold me the car was very agreeable but the sales manager was dismissive of the problem. I have now received my refund.

I recently purchased a 2020 Honda HR-V…
I recently purchased a 2020 Honda HR-V Sport from Vertu Hyundai Sunderland, and overall I’m very happy with the car. They have a great selection of vehicles, and I don’t regret choosing mine at all. Their team was quick to respond to my emails and the customer service in the showroom was friendly and helpful.
However, if you plan to use external finance, be aware that the process may not be as smooth, and this may not be the place to expect any discounts.
Still, the car quality and in-showroom service were solid, and I appreciate their professionalism.
