A dealership i trust.
I have bought many cars from Vertu Sunderland over the years and have relied on them for all servicing needs and never felt the dealership treated me badly.
The deals have been fair and acceptable with no heavy sell or pressure. I have bought Honda's and now my first Hyundai here, a car that i am absolutely delighted with.
I have 'outlived'a few of the sales staff, but Faye Gillespie has always been a constant throughout my time at the dealership. She is professional, helpful and takes the time to make you feel like a valued customer.
The management team are also to be commended, they dont just hide away in offices but acknowledge customers and offer advice or support where needed.
It is the dealership that is important to me. I trust them both for sales and ongoing servicing needs. I feel i am treated fairly, honestly and professionally, and the ongoing support is excellent.

Wonderful staff and an amazing experience
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this dealership . John Groves helped me all the way through getting my vehicle and explained everything very thoroughly and he was also a very nice and respectful gentleman who puts the needs of his customers first. Ash Machin our sales executive at Hyundai Sunderland has a welcoming , friendly disposition . He listens carefully .His explanations felt easy to follow, as we were buying our first E.V. There was no unnecessary sales patter or sales pressure of any sort . Excellent Custome Service Sunderland Hyundai
We exchanged our car to a mobility car from a Honda to Hyundai. The services from Graeme, John and Craig in the Sunderland Branch has been excellent. From being a loyal customer for a long time, they have looked after us. From gettung the paperwork to getting the car was all done through them.. I havent gone to any other garages as I know these staff here do look after you so well and offer you very good deal or packages.
