A refreshing change in buying a car - the team at Vertu Motors was very helpful and friendly. Andy was very efficient and personable. I was trading in my old car and purchasing a new one. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the features of the car and the sale and buy process. All completed in a couple of hours and on the road. I would highly recommend him.

I can't recommend Kia Vertu Barnsley branch highly enough! From start to finish, the whole experience has been outstanding.
I'd never used a Kia dealership before, but the team couldn't have done more to help. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy every step of the way.
A special mention has to go to Craig, who is without a doubt the loveliest and funniest car salesman I've ever met. He made the entire process effortless, stress-free, and enjoyable from beginning to end.
When I collected my "new-to-me" Kia Sportage, Craig had it driven into the showroom and covered up so I could do a proper reveal. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day feel really special.
The communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt well informed. The whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel valued, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is incredibly important to them.

Bought a used car, Kia Exceed GT Line S, in green, fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. Brilliant start to the sale, terrible middle and brilliant end.
