A big thank you to everyone at Vertu Land Rover Leeds for such a perfect experience when purchasing our new Discovery. Simon was extremely attentive, ensuring all of our requirements were met — especially the 360° cameras my wife wanted for easier parking. His approach was both professional and genuinely friendly, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
The video Simon put together of the car was excellent, clearly outlining its features and condition. The conferencing also made everything incredibly easy, especially as I live 160 miles from the dealership. I will certainly be back when its time to change :)

Without doubt the best experience ever buying a car.
The whole process from seeing the car for the first time to driving away was exceptional.
I have previously purchased brand new luxury cars from Mercedes and BMW but my experience at Vertu when buying a relatively inexpensive secondhand car was actually better than those prestigious brands.
The approach by Sarah Hellewell, the sales executive who gave us personal service, was exemplary.
Sarah was extremely helpful, knowledgable and truly professional in everything she did and was not all pushy and gave us time to make our own decisions without any pressure.
