I couldn't say anything less than how brilliant nissan derby, and Regan have been. The car was delayed due to no fault of their own but regan kept me in the loop!! The day I picked my car up regan made sure I was well informed about all aspects of the car and ran me through everything....
Since picking it up I've had a couple of questions and regan has got back to me without delay. The car is amazing and I couldn't be happier!! 10/10

This company is amazing. Bridie the staff member who looked after me when purchasing a new car, went above and beyond to make sure I was alright. Bridie never rushed me nor did she judge me, she made me feel like family and I was relaxed and comfortable talking to her. The service I received was brilliant, she made sure i had a drink and with the hot weather she turned her fan towards me, I can't thank Bridie enough for what she did for me. Vertu Nissan is definitely a company I would recommend, kind, honest, friendly staff.

I couldn’t fault my 2 experiences with Nissan. Richard Cooper was yet again amazing. There was nothing too much trouble. He guided me through all the steps and made sure I had everything. I’ll certainly be using again in the future. I don’t trust car salesmen normally but Richard is not like any other. Great support and great job 👏
