Fantastic customer service from Nicky

The experience from start to finish From Sam and his Manager Gerry was first class. From walking into the showroom in 27th to picking up car(x trail) on the 30th Sam couldn’t do enough to help. He had a great knowledge and understanding about the car. Nothing was a problem, every question asked was answered thoroughly. If I could I would give Sam a top score of 10/10.
All the other staff in showroom were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car to visit Vertu Central Glasgow

Having had an unpleasant experience at another branch, buying our new car from Vertu was on another level! Nicky was fantastic in helping us choose the right car for us and explained everything. We have used Vertu for a while now. We just traded in our Toyota C-HR for a new Nissan Qashqai.

Ive always had great customer service, which makes me return.

Just purchased a Nissan Qashqai 1.5 e power Tekna today. Very impressed with both the car and the assistance given to me by Alan Tonner.
