Customer Service was brilliant
Customer Service was brilliant. Tom Kent at the Glasgow branch was so helpful and patient while we compared options for finance, we had our dog with us and he said we could bring her in, water bowl and treats provided too.
We managed to get a good price for trade in for our used car and drive away a new car the same day. Hassle free.

I have just purchased a new Toyota from Vertu motors in Glasgow, I can only say what a pleasurable experience it was , I dealt with Tom Kent from start to finish , nothing was too much trouble he ensured the Vehicle was ready & waiting in the showroom as I had a long journey home & carried out a very efficient handover ,followed up a few days later with a courtesy phone call .

Very welcoming on arrival. Sophie was lovely and very knowledge and nothing was a bother. Felt special when they had my new car in the show room for me to unveil - never had that before - which was great added to the excitement. Terrible experience
Terrible experience, simple service couldn’t make out the mechanics report , tried calling the garage hung up on me 6 times,,, agreed to recommendations for new breaks via app at 9.30am to be email at 13.47 saying my vehicle wouldn’t be ready as no parts available ,,,, 70-75k service , fluids all exactly the same as when it was dropped off at 8.am ,,,, add blue was added 3weeks ago un yet paperwork suggested add blue was added ,,,,oil suggesting being changed looks like the same oil to me this is where I doubt very much filters have been changed . because no one answered my call to service desk I sent an unhappy email , still to this day I’ve had no reply. Big garage mentality I’ll not be returning.
