Sophie, made sure we were treated well from the first moment we meet her at the showroom. She showed us the car and answered all our questions.
She explained everything very well and was patient and professional.
The car we wanted was there and ready to go.

Exceptional experience
The salesman (Peter Bree) was excellent, not pushy, which impressed me. The whole experience from start to finish was superb. The crowing glory was the way the car was presented on collection, under wraps and a total surprise, which was almost emotional. The best experience I have had in 60 years of buying cars. Thankyou

Helpful staff and a reliable Motability car
Great experience with Toyota Vertu Motors in Glasgow. The Toyota Yaris Hybrid we received was an excellent and sensible choice. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the Motability process straightforward for us. We’ve always viewed Toyota as being reliable and practical, and I’m really happy that the dealership lives up to those standards as well.

Absolutely freezing showroom. Called Toyota call centre to book my…
Called Toyota call centre to book my car in for a service and first MOT, asked if I wanted a waiting appt, said yes booked for 9.30. At 11.15 asked if the car would be much longer, was told that a waiting appt can take upto 3.5 hrs for service and MOT, wish I had been told that when booking. To add insult to injury a video of a health check was only sent at 12.10 which is done before they start service and MOT. So almost 3 hours after I arrived they were just starting my car. However worse than all that, the showroom was absolutely freezing, I’m sure it’s illegal to work in the temperature it is and feel for the staff walking around in puffer jackets and constantly drinking tea or coffee. If you are going to offer waiting appts I suggest you perhaps put heaters in the customer waiting area as it was inhumane sitting in that area waiting, however the girls on the service desk, amazing, extremely helpful.

Zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life. Maybe they're great in person, I don't know. But buying online was horrific. I was misled, told conflicting information, and left waiting for funds to be returned after the car broke down during delivery.

Good service
Used Vertu Toyota for the first time for a new car. Car is great, communication could have been better, however the day I collected the car, they went the extra mile and had a personalised sign up thanking me for purchasing the car and the car under a blanket to unveil, which was a lovely touch.

Excellent Customer Service
The member of staff, Furqan, was excellent. He was so helpful and attentive. Furqan went above and beyond and had such a lovely manner.
The Admin Assistant who greeted us at the door was so welcoming.
Both Managers were very accommodating and went out of their way to help.

Maurice was really professional
Maurice was really professional. Helped me and my husband to find a great car in the budget that we had. Super friendly. My husband was concerned about the break discs so the company changed them for us. They also changed tyres so we felt as be are buying a brand new car. Really happy with my new Toyota.

First class experience
Molly was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. No sales push and talked us through the whole process. We sold our car about 10 minutes from the garage and Molly came and picked us up after we had finalised selling our car. We have bought loads of cars over the years and this by far was the best we have ever had. Thanks due to Molly.
