What can we say other than brilliant Brian and marvellous Matt. Fantastic service from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.
We have never had a Toyota before and as an older couple wanted something that is economical, reliable and will last. We were pointed in the direction of a Yaris Hybrid and were pleasantly surprised by this super mini. We are looking forward to many years of trouble free driving but feel confident that if there are any hiccups along the way this lovely team will be there to back us up.
In a nutshell we would highly recommend the Rotherham branch. The reception staff are fantastic and make a great coffee which is a nice touch

I have already written a review for this so not sure why they've asked for another one. I had a good experience from start to finish. I bought a 17 month old car and used my previous car in part exchange. The salesman was Daniel Edwards - he was very good - and took the time to get to know me personally. Considering it was a month between sale and collection he had remembered lots of detail discussed at our first meeting

No Pressure From Staff
Was made welcome. Was also able to look around without being pestered. This made my look round very comfortable. Mat our sales man talk us through the car we was interested in. We found him very informative.

I recently purchased a new Aygo Hybrid - what a fantastic car - I love it. My experience was excellent. I couldn't have wished for more. Joe was outstanding helping me through buying my car. I needed a lot of help and his patience was wonderful. He went over and above what he needed to do. Joe is a real asset to Vertu Toyota Rotherham.
Everyone who works there is very friendly which made the whole experience feel comfortable with no pressure whatsoever.

I have purchased a Toyota chr plus from vertu Toyota Rotherham and my experience with the whole team was amazing , All the the team are approachable and friendly and nothing is to much trouble no matter how small the query is . I mainly was supported throw my purchase by Raul who answered all my questions and queries (of which there have been many as I am new to EV driving ) and I felt he went the extra mile with his service and care to ensure that I was happy before proceeding with the purchase of my car. Nothing is perfect
Nothing is perfect. I have always disliked the amount of time it takes to buy and sell a car. Having said that the people at Virtu were polite , friendly ,knowledgeable and efficient, especially Daniel Edwards who allowed us to buy the car we wanted rather than one he wanted to sell. Thanks to them all. The coffee was quite good too!

I have purchased 4 new vehicles from them over the years and have had great service every time.
Definitely would recommend popping in to talk to them.

We Went to Vertu Rotherham to purchase a vehicle, and had great salesman called Abdul.
He was so friendly and easy to get on with and with zero pressure (I hate pushy sales people), it was always down to us to make any decisions.
He Was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in.
So he made it a very easy decision to make.
Told us about all the offers on, again no pressure totally our Choice.
Very good communication throughout the whole process.
Went to collect it today and he revelled our car from under a cover on the showroom. Defo made us feel like VIp’s.
We would highly recommend Toyota Rotherham. Ask for Abdul lol

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. From walking through the door , we were made to feel welcome and at ease , not pressured at all. Very easy process, Abdul was amazing, explained everything in detail.and was very friendly.
We had an issue with picking the car up, but it was not an issue and they rearranged things for us , and made the reveal very special. Highly recommended . My husband wants a Toyota now !!
