The service has been absolutely great. Daniel the sales staff has been really helpful during the process. no hidden charges or no pushing to buy car. I had purchased my Toyota Corolla from them and got a great deal for my part exchange as well.

Bought my first car CHR from vertu…
Bought my first car CHR from vertu Rotherham.
Sales man Joe was very friendly
Took delivery of my car late evening so I didn't go out in the car till next day.
Upon driving it I heard a noise coming from back end of the car the faster I went the noise got louder.
Rang vertu to tell them but I had made my mind up I didn't want the car.
They took car back as faulty.
But I had lost out on the £30 petrol i had paid for plus messing about with the insurance and tax.
I had seen another car so arranged to buy that so back to paying for tax ,£30 petrol and insurance again.
Didn't like the car so Took it back on their policy you have 14 days to love it or hate and you can give back without any questions.
But things aren't that simple trust me.
We lost £409.because the car had ceramic coating on it but we didn't ask for it .
But apparently it comes as standard with every car.
But I didn't get it with the CHR so why the second car.
Plus lost again on the £30 petrol,tax,and insurance yet again.
And Jack and Joe was very rude and said your not welcome to come back for another car.
So let me say this I wouldn't come back to get ripped off with the money you have taken from my deposit.
Upon the first car nobody came to me and said it was tyre related.
If you do your checks like you say you would have picked up on the tyre because I took it to a garage myself and it was more than 1 tyre and the brakes needed a new caliper.
So why didn't Joe ring me and tell me the situation.
Regarding the second car you took £250 for the wheel.
And we wasn't told about the ceramic coating before we bought it .
So someone needs to explain these things very clearly to your customers.
And being told your not welcome back anymore that's disgusting.
All because you gave Joe a nick name renta car.

Regarding the first vehicle, this had passed our comprehensive 145-point safety check prior to handover. The noise you experienced was identified as being tyre-related rather than a bearing fault and would have been resolved for you. However, we fully respected your decision at the time and agreed to take the vehicle back with no quibble to ensure you had complete peace of mind.
When selecting your second vehicle, our team made every effort to ensure it was the right fit for you. All features were demonstrated, including the lane departure alert, which we understand later became a concern. Again, we were happy to support you with returning the vehicle under our policy.
At the point of return, there was damage to one of the wheels which falls outside of the standard return conditions. Despite this, we chose to waive this and proceed with the return in good faith.
In relation to the ceramic coating, this was presented and agreed as part of the vehicle purchase and is documented on the signed vehicle order.
I am also genuinely sorry that you felt our team came across as rude. This is certainly not reflective of the high standards of customer service we pride ourselves on, and I will be addressing this internally.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve, and I’m sorry that on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations.

Great experience getting my new car!!
Yesterday I picked up my new car from Vertu in Rotherham. The staff are so friendly and helpful starting from the lady when you first walk through the doors asking if you want a drink I don't know her name! 🤦🏼 Raul the salesmen came over he went above and beyond to make the experience stress free. As a salesman he wasn't pushy like some sales people are he is genuine always (first asking how my health was because I was quite ill but he always remembered) wearing a big smile so a big thank you to Raul! 🙂
I also want to mention Jamie one of the managers. When I was at Toyota last October I was telling him how friendly and nice the staff are, he told me how he worked for a family man selling cars and learnt so much from him and that it was the up most importance to keep the staff happy so they would deliver good service and if they're was some negative feedback from a customer he nips it in the bud straight away! Another genuine man!
I would just like to end my experience now by saying if your looking to go to a car dealership I would highly recommend Vertu in Rotherham thanks again.
