I bought my AYGO X this week from Toyota at Wickersley.
I was met by a lovely sales rep called Abdul, who looked after me from start to finish in a professional and friendly manner and actually made my car buying experience really enjoyable (I generally hate going to car dealers).
There was no heavy sales pitch, no pressure to purchase other products, which I have experienced at other dealers and I was given as many Lattes as I could drink to boot. While I was offered other products and did purchase one, I was informed about them and then left to make up my own mind without feeling harassed into it (not the experience I have had at other dealers in the past).
Abdul couldn't have made my experience with Toyota any better, I was given a fair part-ex price and although I have no intention of purchasing another car for a while, I would definitely return to, and recommend this dealership to friends and family. My husband may be looking for his next car sooner, and fully intends to return to Toyota at Wickersley for his next car purchase (hopefully Abdul will still be there to make the sale).
The car is amazing. It was pristine when I collected and Abdul did a big reveal for me, which I wasn't expecting. He then took the time to show me how everything worked and even set up my mobile phone for me!!
I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return in future !!

A truly wonderful experience dealing with Daniel and the team at Vertu Rotherham from the initial call to collecting our new car!
Daniel, in particular, displayed excellent customer service, honesty, integrity and a non-pushy but just thoroughly likeable 10/10 manner throughout. It was worth the long trip from home to purchase the car from Rotherham as the team created such a wonderful, friendly experience for us when collecting the car and it's a real shame that they aren't our local Toyota dealership. However, even though we are based miles away, we were offered any ongoing help and support from the team whilst we get accustomed to our new car.
A special mention to Jack, for helping to make our car purchase happen and to Chris for having the car looking outstanding!
Regardless of distance, we would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Rotherham to anyone we know that would be looking for a new car as they have been a joy to deal with and their service, first class!

Their Mobility Team Maybe The Best In The World
This is my second time ordering a car here through the mobility scheme and it is still a very helpful and effective service. The staff are friendly and helpful, I went in to ask a question without an appointment and immediately a member named Jack gave me about 10 minutes of his time to help answer my questions. I’m specifically impressed with the mobility team and Evelyn’s in particular, it’s been a few years since my first application so I didn’t remember fully what to do but Eve gave me the same amount of attention and care as the first time, I will always be grateful to Evelina for all the help she’s provided and helping me kickstart my adult life by helping me apply for a Yaris.

Car experience vertu
I normally hate buying a car, but this latest experience at vertu was so different. Really busy dealership but took time to explain everything. Raol was really pleasant and went through the whole process. Always asking what I wanted. No hassling. He was supported by Mr padley one of the managers who helped when I couldn't complete the financial doc on my phone. Would definitely use them in the future
