Dan was really pleasant
Dan was really pleasant and easy to talk to. We went in to enquire about the Yaris Cross and C-HR, and he had great knowledge of both cars. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and helped us feel confident in our decision.
We ended up buying the C-HR, and Dan also gave us a great deal on it. This is the second time we’ve bought a car from him, and once again the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. We couldn’t have done it without Dan’s help.

Yet another 5 star recommendation for…
Yet another 5 star recommendation for Toyota Vertu at Worksop. Abbie initially sold me my new Toyota Aygo X, but sadly she wasn't around when I picked it up. I must say the service is second to none. Totally professional in every way. Dan did my handover and he is super nice!! This is my 5th Aygo from Toyota and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Classy Dealership
From start to finish the customer service was excellent. Ben at Vertu in Worksop was delightful to deal with - if ever the right person was in the right job, it’s him. All the staff at the dealership could not have been more attentive, very conscious that we had been there for some time sorting out the paperwork and ensuring we were topped up with drinks and keeping us informed of the process. On top of this, they put up with our not too friendly Dachshund!! As far as the car goes, again Ben spent time going through the various features and controls and at no time did we ever feel pressured to make and there was absolutely no sales patter - and very happy with our purchase. A shout out also goes to the Sales Manager, Leo who looked after us at the end - and as we were just about to pay for some Toyota “merch” to go with our new car, he stepped in and arranged for it to be given to us without charge - pure class from a first rate dealership!!

Dan was incredibly professional whilst also being friendly and helpful. No pressure was put on me to purchase a car or any of the additional options.
I was kept up to date regarding my order following the purchase. All questions I had prior to delivery were responded to quickly.
The customer service at Worksop has been really good and I feel comfortable that if I have any questions that I am able to call for assistance.

We had to travel over 2 hours to pick the car up. From start (over the phone) to finish Adrian made the process and transactions so easy, that when we arrived other than dotting the I’s and crossing the t’s, everything was sorted, so stress free, professional, yet extremely friendly and such a pleasure to be taken care of without a second thought… definitely worth the journey. What great customer service - A fantastic experience from start to finish. Clear communication throughout.
Dan was a star - he has a lovely, no-pressure sales style. He gave a brilliantly detailed explanation of how the car controls work so that I was confident before I drove away.

It’s all about profit and not customer…
It’s all about profit and not customer service, previously the Worksop dealership was owned by Burrows and their customer service was second to none, always helpful and when the service was due they did a free pick up service, Now Vertu want to charge £60 for the service that was previously free of charge.
Now we are given a 3 hour waiting slot as a minimum…….

Thank you Dean for your prompt response, indeed Owyn has spoken to myself and resolved the issue. Hopefully this customer service issue will be discussed and lead to a resolved training issue.

Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly
We were looked after by Connor at Vertu Toyota Worksop. Nothing was too much trouble. We both had a test drive and Connor spent a lot of time answering all our questions. The showroom was a pleasant environment with coffee in a proper cup included. When we collected the car, Connor again spent a long time introducing us to all the cars features and assured us we could get in touch if we needed any help. All in all a great experience.
