I bought a used vw Tiguan from Harrogate Vertu motors, was having problems with one of the disc brakes sticking on, so booked it in to be looked at, Hannah from service reception kept me informed with updates all that they needed to do. Hannah was truly professional.

The overall service supplied by all the representatives of the VERTU team at all levels. From my initial inquiry about the vehicle to the the sales team at the dealership. Excellent information and details supplied and all questions raised by me answered in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Particular reference to the young sales representative who did go the extra mile in my view to ensure any potential minor blips etc. where avoided. He was also able to provide details to a couple of questions raised after purchase relating to service details etc.
Keep up the good work - would not hesitate to recommend them to other people

Dealt with Holly at Vertu Harrogate several times over the last couple of years for serving, warranty work and at MOT time. She is always very helpful and very good at keeping me updated when the car is in the garage. I shall definitely use them again.

Just had a pre-planned MOT on my car yesterday. I was there at 8:45 and done in less than 2 hours so I could get back to work before noon. Special thanks to Holly Logan who looked after me during this time at the Harrogate VW Centre.

Excellent service by Euan
We were looked after by Euan and he was very good. We weren't completely new to buying an electric car which was helpful but nevertheless we still needed Euan's expertise! He was very patient with us and went "above and beyond" in several ways - like bringing the new car mats to our house when they hadn't arrived by the handover date. We trusted him - when he didn't know the answer to something, he asked his manager - there was absolutely no feeling of being fobbed off!
