Gave my car in for a service and mot they failed my mot due to my headlights not being to vosa standards which they are, then changed the headlights and still failed saying it was my main beam aswell as my dipped, the peopel from vw have failed my MOT again which I am not happy about also they have curbed 3 of my alloys which they are denying, this is a absolute joke I will not be bringing my vehicle back to vw in Huddersfield at all.

I dealt with 2 parts of Vertu and the car I purchase is an UP GTI, we had waited with our local VW for some time and Vertu came up with their demostrator and a very good offer for our Higher UP and the deal was done.
Lewis and his team sent a video as we are in South Devon and relied on Lewis showing what a beautiful car this was we had no hesitation.

Excellent sales team at Vertu VW Huddersfield
We purchased a used VW Golf from Keith at Vertu.
The car was exceptionally well prepared and the service we had from Keith and the team was professional, friendly and overall a great experience. The car needed a couple of things looking at which were completed without extra charge. Thank you to Keith and the service team for presenting the car in "as new" condition.

Purchase of car
A positive experience from booking a test drive to purchasing a used car. The sales team were great and managed to sort everything so that we came away with the car on the same day. Nice, friendly staff to deal with (especially C.J who was very efficient). There was no pressure to buy and I would not hesitate to recommend this place
