Vertu Mansfield vw
The dealership that I brought the vehicle from where really good and responsive but after picking the vehicle it developed a fault this is when things took a turn for the worse first they wouldn't return my call to discuss the issues after ringing multiple times I had to threaten them and say I would bring the car back leave it in the yard at the dealership and take the keys with me that is when I got any kind of response now 2 weeks later have the same issues and no further resolving the initial problem . Buyer beware I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else to think very carefully before parting with your hard earned cash.quick update after posting the review immediately i had a response from vertu asking me to email them and give they could look into it in further detail which I did thinking I may get some sort of response but since emailing them nothing so really this company is not interested in customer satisfaction at all.

Excellent service from start to finish on purchasing my new VW T Roc from VERTU Mansfield Garage.
I got a generous trade-in price for my own car and the service I received from Steve in Sales was marvelous. He had a caring and patient attitude which I very much appreciated .
I came into contact with other staff members and they were all professional and pleasant to chat with.
I met the manager Dale who runs the business in a very competent way.
All in all I would strongly recommend this garage…thanks again……..Nice coffee too .

Perfect experience! Thank Stephen for been so through and detailed with the whole package. We have bought a used and approved ID3. A lot of people don’t like to use main dealers but the actual value you get with all warranty service plans and after care is fantastic! Thank you again

Would highly recommend
Rebecca and Brett were amazing helping us secure a brand new VW id3. They had managed to find one while other dealerships were not able to locate any.
They kept us uptodate on expected timings, and were super helpful and always available to answer all our questions on owning our first electric car.
We even got a grand reveal of our car when we went to pick it up! Would highly recommend.

Great service throughout
We were impressed from the minute we walked into the showroom. The first thing we noticed was the extensive range of cars on display.
We were greeted by very friendly staff and introduced to Mark in new car sales. Mark looked after us throughout the purchase process and was great….thank you Mark.
Different car models were discussed and options explained, a quotation was provided which was very fair.
We were kept informed at regular intervals on the cars progress whilst waiting for delivery.
Collection of the car was a lovely experience and the car is over and above our expectations.
First class service from the Vertu VW Mansfield team.
