Great service throughout
We were impressed from the minute we walked into the showroom. The first thing we noticed was the extensive range of cars on display.
We were greeted by very friendly staff and introduced to Mark in new car sales. Mark looked after us throughout the purchase process and was great….thank you Mark.
Different car models were discussed and options explained, a quotation was provided which was very fair.
We were kept informed at regular intervals on the cars progress whilst waiting for delivery.
Collection of the car was a lovely experience and the car is over and above our expectations.
First class service from the Vertu VW Mansfield team.

From the day I reserved my car to collection, I found the purchase to be straightforward and my point of contact, Stephen,informative with any queries I had during the process. I knew exactly what car I wanted, what additional extras I required (warranty, tyre cover, servicing) and Stephen was able to provide this information clearly, along with exact costing. Relaxed atmosphere
Greeted and instantly at ease, sales advisor asked what we were looking for and listened to our requirements.
This was all done without rush or pressure and we were very happy to take a test drive in a car which was our chosen model.
The show room added to all this giving a relaxed air it was a very good experience

100% recommend Mansfield Volkswagen. I found the car exactly that I was looking for.
All the staff who work here are genuine and friendly. I felt at ease straight away and all questions I had were covered exceptionally well. Great sense of humour too which is an added bonus!
I can’t recommend Stephen enough for everything he helped me with, from test driving, showing me around my new car and helping me with my queries. He was so kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet! 10/10 customer service.

A lovely sales advisor Rebbeca put me at ease and went above her duty in checking & spotting a minor issue with the car and had it fixed before I came to collect it. I placed a £99 reservation deposit on a…
I placed a £99 reservation deposit on a car after being clearly told (both by the salesperson and on the company’s website) that this deposit was fully refundable if I chose not to proceed with the purchase.
After deciding not to go ahead with the car, I requested a refund. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I have still not received my money.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this, including follow-up emails and phone calls to the dealership, but I’ve had no meaningful response or update. Communication from their side has been extremely poor.
I also tried to escalate the issue by requesting to speak with a manager. I was told I would receive a call back, but unsurprisingly, no one ever got in touch.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Advertising a “fully refundable” deposit means nothing if refunds are not processed in a reasonable timeframe and customers are ignored when they try to follow up.
I would advise others to be cautious before placing any deposit with this company.
