A huge thank you to Laurence Davies at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South for making the whole process of finding my new T-Roc so easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never put any pressure on me. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly the right car.
We also had some time to talk about our puppies on the test drive, where he reminded me that the VW site is dog friendly. I'll definitely bring Milo with me on my next service appointmenmt.

Great Customer Service
Lawrence talked us through the whole process with lots of patience - he was just the right mix of sales of sales ( we bought all of the extras) and understanding that we could get finance at half of your interest rate via our bank.
And explained the features of the car thoroughly.

After having some issues with my company car which was booked in at another VW dealership, I requested a hire car through my fleet company, the guys dropped off a Cupra hybrid which was fine, after a week the Cupra developed an issue with the 12v battery which meant the alarm kept going off, typically it was a Friday evening, I was advised to call the roadside assistance on the key tag, they came and went without fixing the issue, Ben my contact who dropped off the car from VWFS said he didn't work weekends, I was due to go away in the car the following week but unable to use it due to the faulty battery. As the roadside recovery didn't fix the issue, Ben very professionally offered to sort this out on his day off, I want to say a massive thank you to Ben for sorting this out, he went over an above to exchange the hire car over the weekend, VWFS you have a star employee. On entering the showroom I was immediately pointed in the right direction. Laurence listened to my requirements and took me through the whole process patiently, keeping me well informed. The whole process of buying my new car with Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South was great and I was really impressed by the efficient and professional service I received. Everything was seamless from my first phone call enquiring about test driving the car to collecting the car a week later. Krupa was my sales advisor, she was very knowledgable, super helpful & friendly. She noted what was most important to me and made sure the vehicle suited my needs. I was really well looked after throughout and I am very happy wlth the car and aftercare following the purchase. I couldn't recommend Krupa and the team more, you are in very good hands.

First experience of buying a car
First experience of buying a car - it was my first. Lawrence was absolutely amazing, finding a car very quick after being let down by other dealerships. Everything was explained amazingly giving all the different options and policies that I can take out. On collection the car was covered over with a big reveal, which as a first car was lovely. Support and customer service doesn't stop there either, after sales the ability to ask any questions or any queries is completely open! Can't recommend enough.

I have just purchased a used car from Nottingham South
I have just purchased a used car from Nottm South. A very good experience. Matt was really helpful and the purchase was dealt with in a friendly manner whilst being super efficient. It all went very smoothly and I now have a lovely VW. The car was prepared to a high standard and looks brand new in and out. Upon collection Matt completed all the paperwork in a timely fashion and then did an informative hand-over.
