I recently collected my new V60. The whole process was straightforward, from my initial enquiry to the point of collection. Communications during that period, almost always by personal phone calls, were excellent, keeping me informed of progress. My "personal" contact was Guy, who was always pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful-top bloke! Also a mention for Holly, who stood in for him when necessary. I wish other businesses were as easy to deal with.

From the moment we walked into the Yeovil branch we were made to feel most welcome and were impressed with the detailed knowledge and help provided initially by Steven and later by John, who guided us through our purchase expertly and with helpful suggestions. He helped us explore various alternative purchase options. We didn’t feel in the least pressured and were very happy with the whole journey. Guy was amazing
Guy was amazing. Only popped in to see the car but ended up ordering one. The car is amazing as was the service Guy gave us. He kept us informed all the way through the process. The handover was so good and he even gave us a ring a few days after to check we were ok. Will use them again and recommend them. Thanks Guy.

Vertu couldn’t have been any better. Josh was a great help right from the start and made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish. When my new car was ready he spent a lot of time with me going through all the processes and gadgets. His attitude and general manner was a credit to him and Vertu should count themselves lucky to have such an employee representing them.
