Don’t be put off buying a car from Vertu Motors if you live 280 miles away from showroom as we do.
Adam South, from Yeovil, pulled out all the stops to organise delivery of our Mini Cooper to our nearest Vertu showroom.
All the paperwork was carried out virtually and via email without any issues, with Adam’s assistance and patience.
As we were unable to view the car, we were sent a comprehensive video and this was an accurate representation of the vehicle on collection.
Very pleased indeed and have confidence we can contact Adam for any follow up help we may need.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Spoke to Jamie who sent a fantastic video of the car we enquired about and answered all our questions no problem. On collection we dealt with the lovely Toby and Ben who made us feel very welcome, took us on a test drive, dealt with all the technical bits with the car like linking my phone and a general lesson on how everything works, then finalised all our paperwork.
Would highly recommend this branch and the staff, definitely the best car buying experience we’ve ever had - thanks guys!

Happy with the car just disappointed they wanted
£1-00 a Mile to deliver. Just bought a van from Mercedes delivered it to other end of country for free, take note BMW mini.
I had driven to view the car and agreed sale. Not a lot of room for negotiation, but overall happy with the experience.
