This is about the tenth time the broadband has gone down and a landlord that doesn't respond to txt messages

I cannot complain, my move in was arranged quickly and after moving in for around 3 months or so I can’t say I have had any issues, that being said if I do need to report something or ask anything I get a quick response, overall a very positive experience with the landlord

I had a fantastic experience living in this flat. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area with convenient access to local shops, public transport, and amenities. It’s spacious, bright, and felt like home from the very beginning.

Communication - response is quick.

Had no issues throughout my 6 month tenancy, appliances always worked and regular maintenance was always done. Would use them again.

Clare in particular is a very welcoming and friendly member of the team.

The studio has everything you need. It is well maintained and the communication with the agency is easy and efficient.
I recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay.

To be honest I was so satisfied even when changes occurred at the point of final tenancy process. I withdrew my application and I was scared that i would lost my deposit but. A genuine and free hassle procedure was issued and I got my refund back. Thank You verynicehome

The letting agent who interacted with me throughout this process was so graceful, patient, all round lovely and she was highly professional as well.

First, I really wanted to move out of my previous flat and when I messaged the agent from Spareroom, Clare replied and assessed everything. It’s the first time I met someone who really looked into my situation and place of work to see if the area is convenient for me. She understands my situation and agreed to do virtual viewing. It’s a smooth process for me honestly as I am working full week. I moved in to my room and I saw it for the first time, everything is fine with me and it’s the same as what she showed and discussed to me. The place and the room and everything about it, I like it. I am lucky to be assisted properly by Clare, she’s nice and very accommodating. ♥️

The staff at Very Nice Homes are so lovely and helpful. I had been struggling for a while with the hassle involved with renting, it felt impossible. With the support and guidance from Clare I can honestly say made the whole process easier and between Clare and Sherah my son is finally settled in a HMO room he can call home and be independent. I just moved into my own en-suite room with a beautiful park right opposite the house. The house sure prosaic was very hectic until I came in contact with Very Nice Homes. Despite the fact I was relocating to Birmingham from London, not sure of the postcode I wanted to move to and was dealing with a lot of family health problems, the staff where really patient and helpful with the process. From friendly reminders to reassuring me everything was going to be ok.

Reception was amazing, communication was effective, complaints are attended to swiftly. I was really thrilled by their service and would definitely recommend them. Client satisfaction is top notch. I am really pleased.
