All the house is fully prepared for living and does not have any errors especially as I rent my room for a relatively small price. I like that this agency responds surprisingly quickly if I have any concerns about the other tenants or facilities (which even happens very rarely). The staff is very careful and attentive to every detail, which assures the high quality of this accommodation branch. Strongly recommend!

Avoid if you expect professionalism
Incredibly subpar communication. I had organised a number of viewings with the company and only found out that the properties I was to view were now taken. Not a word from the company to tell me this, I only found this out from calling to double check. Would not recommend if you have any expectation of professionalism.

The rental market is fast paced, and although viewings are booked, rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis when the viewer pays a holding deposits. Unfortunately this means that some applicants will be disappointed as they may not had their chance to view the room. At this stage, the team would contact other booked viewers to offer alternatives. Sometimes this may be at short notice as we can only action the next steps once we are informed an applicant has paid a holding deposit.
We’ve taken the time to speak to the viewings team and we can confirm that we did get in touch to notify you that the room has been taken and to offer you alternative options, which you declined.

Its been a week since I moved in to a lovely property managed by VNH in the Erdington area. I honestly don’t think finding and moving into a new apartment could get any easier and smoother than the services offered by them. Right from the day I booked my viewing to the day I moved in, VNH has been an absolute delight to work with. Sherah especially was tremendously helpful, as she responded to all my questions and made arrangements to suite my unique situation. I am glad I chose VNH and would recommend them a hundred times over!!

I was living abroad for 8 years and moved to the uk, and I was shocked how difficult it was to rent a property because I had no job, but very nice homes came to my rescue and accepted my situation and gave me a chance to rent a property with them, there service was exceptional and very friendly and made sure I was happy with my property.

Very nice agency and very nice home
From the beginning, this agency has been nothing but helpful. I was able to see the flat within 3 days of contacting them, and when I got there, Rozan was extremely helpful and seemed like she had a good relationship with tenants.
After securing the room, Sherah has been looking after me throughout the whole process and has been extremely kind and helpful!
I genuinely can’t say about word about the agency themselves. Only thing that concerned me about the place I will be staying in, is the fact there is a security camera in the kitchen. I’ve never seen this before, as they’re usually outside the back door, however I’ve been reassured by Rozan that this is due to the fact all tenants are working professionals but strangers, so it is for our safety, which I now understand.
