Very efficient and helpful. I needed a room as soon as possible and the staff at very nice homes sorted it all out.
Also in terms of repairs and maintenance their response is very quick and someone is always there to talk to.

Very nice homes look after you
5 stars rating for this estate agents.
I’ve been with a fair bit of estate agents. Good ones too, but not as good as these.
They are a top notch estate agents. They know how to look after their tenants. In my opinion they should win a award for customer service.
I’m not sure who trains these guys up but he/she should get some recognition.
I have been with them for three years now and don’t want to leave. At all.
If something needs fixing it gets fixed. Promptly. Gardens always maintained seasonally. Cleaners come on time. Very friendly and don’t invade your space.
The staff communicate effectively.
A big thank you to all Very Nice homes staff. Especially Sherah who knows her job inside out.
Sad to go, I had that much of a great experience.

Very Nice Homes are professional to…
Very Nice Homes are professional to deal with. However apart from the illegally placed permanent advertising sign that is on the front of the building, the property is in very bad disrepair.
There was a hole in the roof for several years. Work has just been done but it was done so badly and on the cheap that the flashing are already coming away after a couple of months!
Worse still is there is a crumbling wall out the back of the house and asbestos tiles are broken and in danger of coming off their back roof. I would post pictures if I could. I'm informed that the council are in the process of writing to them about this. They should remedy the situation and ensure their signs are legally placed.

We would like to have a conversation with you to find out more about the issues you’ve mentioned as we are unable to find your name allocated against a property we manage. If you email hello@verynicehomes.co.uk the pictures and the property you currently are residing in, we will get in touch.
We are concerned with the other points you’ve raised and would like to clarify as follows.
1. We ensure that our ‘To Let’ boards are fitted safely and securely at our properties.
2. We encourage our tenants to speak to us and report any property and maintenance issues through our repair form so we can assess them and assign to the maintenance team to further investigate.
3. A hole in a roof would be deemed an emergency and urgent repair because of the hazard it poses and the subsequent risk of long-term damage to the property which would result in several detrimental impact to the tenants and Landlord, which we want to avoid.
4. Our maintenance team and contractors used are skilled and experienced and when we’ve completed reparative works, will ensure they are done to a high-standard and are confident to say we have an unblemished record.

Having rented with different companies,my experience with very nice homes has been the best. Quick responses and my contact with them has been polite and pleasant so far.
