Very Nice Homes helped me out a lot when I got in a sticky situation with moving from my previous nurses accommodation, they agreed to show me the house the next day without any trouble - they sent out an estate agent especially for me and by the end of the week I had moved in as they had fast tracked my application due to my difficult situation.
They are very prompt with their replies to any maintenance issues I have reported, and when I first moved in I asked if I could have a desk to work at, and they provided me with this no problem.
Would recommend to anyone as they care for their tenants!

Very nice homes are a very professional estate agents. I called for a viewing and got one the same day and the room I was looking for was taken off the web within hours of me starting my application. All the steps needed to process my application where very easy and help was on hand either by phone or what’s app which was great. Any problems that I may have had were addressed quickly and professionally by all team members from very nice homes so much so that after I viewed the property on a Monday I had the keys by the Saturday the same week. All staff and team members at very nice homes couldn’t of done any more than they did and made my move as pleasant and as smoothly as it could be. This is my second tenancy with very nice homes. The name is quite fitting. I've found the owner, management and staff very professional and personable. The residences are clean and adequate. Any issues or concerns are dealt with in an appropriate and satisfactory manner.
I would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

My experience dealing with this agency has been a very positive one.

I was able to make a viewing appointment quickly and efficiently.
My application was processed quickly and efficiently.
I got the key to my room pretty much straight after my paperwork was processed. (I submitted all the required documents on Thursday evening, the paperwork was processed and approved on Friday, and I got the key to my room on Saturday.)

The agency staff are easy to reach on the phone and if they can't take your call, they do get back to you within a matter of hours.

Reporting any issues is an absolutely quick and efficient process. Once you've filled out the relevant form, you receive a phone call to discuss details and put a plan in place to deal with the matter.

In a nutshell: the agency staff act quickly and efficiently, they act professionally and they are always available to help.

After trying to view a property 3 times & first time turning up with no keys,the staff always calling to say running 20-30 mins late I've finally given up trying, stay away from this agent they are useless

All the staff, and especially Adias, work extremely hard to ensure that all prospective tenants and current tenants are individually catered to. Once you move in they check in to make sure you are happy and to see if there's anything more they, or the owner/landlord can provide for you.

3 weeks since I moved out but still have not received the end of tenancy deposit back! Also they charged a lot of things like an end of tenancy inspection fee!

If you want unprofessional and substandard service, then rent with them!

TEN STARS!!! Having seen a few properties, and dealt with estate agents who seemed either ill-informed about the places they were showing me or unenthusiastic about them, I was starting to lose hope. Then I met Aidas from Very Nice Homes and my whole experience changed for the better. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the property, informed and seemed as if he genuinely cared not only about the property but finding the right fit for my needs. After showing me the house, he sent over info I asked for immediately and when I said I hoped to move in on a Saturday ( I viewed the property on a Tuesday evening) he and the whole team pushed to make it happen. And it did. A seemingly effortless experience from my side, made to feel so by the attentive work of VeryNiceHomes. A welcome change to other estate agents and a company and people who seen to understand the value of great, personal customer service. Ten stars.

I had a week to move into a place before new job starts. Saw the ad for a room and secure it in a day, got the deposit sent in two and then immediately moved in the day after. Overall, the entire process only took 4 days.

Despite the fact that I was stressed out/ impatient from the lack of time to move, they were very professional and tried to assist me in everywhere possible. Thanks to them, I am now sitting in this beautiful room ready to start next week! Couldn't have asked for any better.

They made an effort to live in the house despite the fact we rent the house for the short time.
After starting to live in the current house, they sort out any problems as soon as possible, although it's true that there were any problems.
Most importantly, they are always nice to us including the maintenance team.
It's also easier to contact with them.

Aidas has been extremely helpful throughout my journey of finding a new place and have showed me rooms as per my requirements. His knowledge about his job is great. Aidas was absolutely brilliant more than I expected.

I lived in a newly refurbished house which was modern and clean with regular cleaning service. The maintance of the house was dealt with quickly and the overall experience was great.
