I have rated VeryNiceHomes with 5 starts, a big thank you to the Team for supporting and guiding me to settle into my first rented shared house. Brilliant communication and excellent service they are very useful when dealing with enquires and any other questions. My property is always clean, thank you to the cleaners myself and my housemates get once a week - giving the house a freshen up every week! many thanks again, no concerns at all.

Very Nice Homes are very accommodating and have made every step of the way easy and manageable. Rosia and Sherah made a real effort to ensure my process of renting and moving in was smooth. Small repairs in my room have been carried out swiftly and the property is clean and renovated. I don't have much to say because rough edges were kept to a minimum. So far, I've had a very nice stay here and enjoy my time in the United Kingdom.

The house it is what it is but the Agency always try to solve the problems of the house, especially Sherah is always ready to go an extra mile to solve the problems.

Good Letting & Tenanting Agency, good systems in place for the Landlord & Tenant. The office is operated by Sherah, who is always pleasant & responsive to enquiries. Definitely one of the top agencies in the Birmingham area.

The staff are fantastic - they are warm and will go out of their way to assist you. They maintain the property very well and respond to queries and concerns in a timely manner - 10/10!!

The only two reasons I haven’t given the company 5 stars is a) due to the nature of their rental contract, which has some interesting stipulations such as not being allowed to have guests over from 11pm-9am, with the exception of instances wherein you have obtained written permission for a guest to spend the night, and b) one of the new members of their team cancelled the viewing when I was already there and showed up 30 min late to the rearranged viewing and had never seen the property before. That being said, I get the feeling that the regular staff are so amazing that they will do their absolute best to accommodate you in whatever way they can!

This agency must be your first choice. Honestly, they really helped me a lot and they response so quickly. You will receive their response even on the weekends. The room they provided are also tidy and clean. Really good agency.

I honestly.would not reccomend. The property had fungi mushrooms growing in the bathrooms, leaks in all the rooms from the showers, advertise stuff that they dont actually supply like double glazing windows. I help up my side on the contract and reported everything but they dont do anything. They are honestly useless and you would be mad to take out an agreement with these. Worst thing I ever did, I have now made official complaints against them and will be taking legal action against the company. 100% worst descion I ever made, thank god I'm leaving in 2 weeks. Stay away everyone.

Very poor customer services. As a landlord trying to give my property to these guys it was an absolute joke. Phoned on 3 occasions and was told I would get a call back the same day.of course they didn't.

I was a tennant with this estate agent for 8 month and I found their service very professional and personal. I found their property very clean and cared for and the communal areas were very well maintained. Would highly recommend. Aidas and the team were a pleasure to deal with.

I have lived in a property managed by very nice home for a year. I would say that in past one year very nice home took care a lot of things immediately. For instance, the pipe of the bathroom was leaking in Friday night. I reported it then it got sorted out next day. During the winter time, I felt the heating was not hot and reported it. They checked heater for me on the next day. One of my housemates requested extra recycling bin then we got it next week. More than that, they even sent birthday card for our birthday and gifts during Xmas!!! I think they are not only the agency but more likely our family.

been with very nice homes for a long time. Never had a problem. Very good company to associate with. Any problems we have had, they have quick to respond to, and get the problem solved immediately. Or the maintenence team they send ring us to arrange convenient time for us, and are always very helpful.
