Decided not to move into their rooms as found somewhere else, but when enquiring, “Clare” was very helpful, and informative with advice. She was also very sympathetic with my situation and quick to respond!

The people I spoke with from the agency were very nice and understanding. From Clare that did a very good job at showing me the property even through a virtual viewing to Sherah who was in charge of the property application that ensured that I understood the requirements properly.

I’m particularly pleased with Sherah Rahman who handled my application and move in process. She made sure that all the issues I raised were promptly addressed and even during my move out process she was also quite helpful

Terrible service, agent kept telling me that a room is available when it was not. Had to call the office to get clarity as the agent in question would not pick up my calls.

I had the worst experience with this company. 13 days after the end of my tenancy my deposit has not been refunded. The office is not responding to calls, texts or emails. It's as if they have suddenly gone cold.

Amazing management very professional in every way. Sheerah is always a delight and has a solution based mentality to any issues that may have arisen. One example was a blocked drain fro neighbouring property and she kindly dealt with it all for us in super-fast time.

I will use again for sure

Prior to moving in to my room I wasn't told that there was a railway track behind the garden.

Other than that, the team has been very responsive and answered all of my queries promptly.

While getting the room, it wasn't easy to fulfill all the formalities, some of the formalities were little too extra and they really made me offended. Rest the room is quite nice. Rent is a bit high but it's ok.

It's a nice home with pleasant roommates.i hope a place for bulk deliveries could be put Incase no one is around as deliveries keep bouncing back.

Since the first call all members of very nice homes have been really professional, friendly and helpful .

The room that I selected first ended up not being available anymore, but the agency didn’t left me without options. I moved after they offered me other options.

During all process they were always available and after moving in they still available for any question that might have.

I have had a good experience overall, from the start to making it simple to go over all the processes that were required to book and confirm it alongside the maintenance of the property and help me move in. Would recommend.

When securing the property they are very honest about damages already in the room and provide a video inspection to confirm any problems you may have before moving in. WIFI code provided in advance and communicate very well about the contracts and any problems you may have. I worked with Sherah who always kept me up to date with everything and responds quickly to any problems.

The company have been very honest and open since the first day I spoke to them, they’re always happy to help and don’t try and get you to spend more than you need to. They’ve made me feel like I can go to them with any problems with the property and have proven to deal with any problems quickly and efficiently. I’ve got to say there isn’t anywhere else I’d rather be living right now and that’s down to the kindness and honesty from the staff

I'm sharing my initial experiences of dealing with the very nice homes. I just moved into an ensuite room in a shared house. I saw the ad on the website spareroom. The person I was initially in contact with was danial, I had planned a room viewing and booked an appointment through him, only to come to know at the appointment time that the room is taken already as someone has played the advanced deposit ( a small amount to secure the room). The lady rozan who usually assists with apartment showing was kind enough to ask my requirement and prompted me that there could be something similar available but lesson was learnt, if u like something. Book it already, the advance may be returned if u dont like the place on seeing. The next place o was shown, I booked before even seeing in virtually. I had seen the pictures though sent by rozan. The rest of the process dealing with sherah and rozan has been a delight t, both ladies helped me move in, collected my documents, organized virtual viewings and facilitated with maintenance issues. I would recommend very nice homes, but pls learn from my experience, book a place if u like it already.

I came across very nice homes whilst looking for a new room whilst I'm at my final year at university. I found the right location for the right price and the team ensured to make the process of viewing, securing the property and moving in very quick in less than a week. There was one issue with my door key but this was sorted and communication is very quick also.

I can say I feel quite secure that should anything occur I can get help very quickly and easily and that the team is there to support.
