The car we have rent was perfect. The attitude and assistance of your staff was exellent. Everything was as we expected. We received clean and almost new car. The experuence was very good. Thank you!

We collected the car shortly after 22:00 hours at Bergamo airport, two people at the 2 desks but only one working, waiting time surprisingly long with only 1 person in front.
Car was great, nearly new, only about 7500 KM, size was as we booked but was not cleaned inside & outside, not even the tolls tickets taken off, never mind vacuuming. We returned the car to the parking lot outside the staff working hours so no one checked the condition of the car. We been charged with 300 euro for a very small scratch on the back door who looked to me from the picture I was emailed that it was only the dust off and not the paint work. I inspected the car on the evening of the drop off and I could not see any scratch so I requested a picture after the car was cleaned, I have been promised one but never received it. The thing that annoyed me the most is that they asked for a review first and only after they received it they stopped the money from my credit card. Personally I wont use them again in the future, You may want to consider buying the insurance from them and maybe you will avoid all this unpleasant feeling and cost.

Very poor and very bad experience, my flight was delayed due thunderstorms and we couldn't land earlier closing time, I phoned them and explained my situation, which I've been told to come next day 8 in the morning, but when I got there next day in the morning they said my car is gone and they don't know and don't care about anything. If they would say that it's just won't be available on a phone I wouldn't bother to get up so early and go to airport to hear that, money is gone, car is not received, only thing was received, worst experience in car renting. Book somewhere else not this company

this agency deducted €254,98 for a tiny 3mm scratch, but the strangest thing is, that they deducted this amount 4 days before I returned the car! How did they know?
Avoid this agency at Bergamo airport!

Absolutely everything went smoothly, which was a relief after some bad experiences with rentals. 10 days, about 30 euros per day.

Picked up our car from Bergamo and everything went perfectly fine! I've read some of the reviews on this site and to be honest, and I'm not invalidating other people's experience, however everything for us went without any issues whatsoever. In fact, the pick up was smooth, the guy who gave us our car was very helpful and dropped it off at 04:00 (before opening time) and received a true report (no damages). I do feel like some of the reviews I've read are unfairly damaging the company.

I will definitely use Viaggiare Rent again - without a doubt :)

I made a reservation and I've been trying for 2 weeks to make a change for the car pick-up time. I called and emailed, including from the website (viaggiarerent.com), but no answer. Reading the other reviews, I am afraid that I will lose the money given on the reservation...

Terrible service. Do not use. Didn’t seem to know what they were doing and we spent 1.5 hrs at the desk. Wasted a lot of our time. Then after the rental wanted an extra €250 saying we didn’t pay when we did. Turned out they had us mixed up with another client. Would not recommend.

I’m writing this review as I’m stood in the queue I’ve been waiting in for over an hour and a half. 1 lady working, extremely rude, did not communicate and ridiculous waiting times. Don’t even waste your time!

Worst rental experience ever! Booked for out of hours and the place was closed. Why accept the booking if it’s not an option?!?! Returned the next day, queued for 2 hrs only to be told that my booking had been cancelled. How can there be only 1 till open when the queue is to the door!? Nothing was even done to rectify their mistake as they shouldn’t advertise for late collection if that is not possible. Appalling company. Will not use them again in future that’s sure!!

Even if the price is very good and the car we received was brand new, the service at the desk in Bergamo airport was terrible (it took over an hour and a half to do the paper work and we only had 3 people in front).
One person attending and another doing nothing. we did the check in on line as advertised in the ofiice and even so we had to queu.

I spent more than an hour waiting to get the car.
The company did not accept the broker insurance so I had to pay twice.
They don't accept all credit cards.
Generally, try to avoid this company
