We’ve been to Italy numerous times to see our friends who are from Italy. They are lovely, lovely people. We usually use other hire companies but this time we needed a 7 seater as we brought our niece along with our 3 children so we went with Viaggiare. What a big big mistake we should of gone with someone else and got two smaller vehicles. The check in process the guy was the rudest person I think I’ve ever met. The car wasn’t ready so we had to stand by it and wait while they cleared rubbish out of it, the car was dirty inside and out. They never inspected the car with us when we took it. It didn’t have a
Full tank of fuel either like they state. Then dropped it back with a full tank of fuel no one there to look over it with us. Go home to then get a bill for 700 euros which they charged my card without even telling us for two scratches & a full valet! I couldn’t believe it.i really wish I could attach the photos as honestly anyone would probably laugh at what they consider a scratch for a start, good rub with a cloth and it would be gone. The car was in a state when we collected it, bloody filthy. They are total and utter rip of merchants and I’ll stick with using the other firms next time. These people let their country down.

SCAM Alert! Be cautious before renting a car from this company—absolutely not recommended.
I rented a car for four days at a very affordable price. It seemed like a good deal at first…
However, when I returned the car, the woman at check-in claimed there was damage to the windshield. The "scratch" she pointed out is about 1 millimeter in size, as you can see in the photo!
To be honest, I didn’t inspect all the glass thoroughly before taking the car, as it was dirty when I received it. It’s absolutely impossible to spot such minor damage when renting a car. So, I’m not sure if the scratch was already there before I rented the car or not. Now, they want to charge me €920, claiming the entire windshield needs to be replaced. This is ridiculous, in my opinion, as such small scratches can be easily repaired. Other companies are much more customer-friendly!
Never again!

Viaggiare delivered
Viaggiare delivered a car more spacious than the one we had ordered. The car was new and in perfect condition.

I don’t believe any of these positive reviews are real - please don’t rent from this company.
We received a car with approximately 20 scratches and despite taking photos of these at the time and sending on they are still charging us for the damage - a complete scam
Drop off at airport was v difficult to find and the phone number on documents didn’t work - was out of service
Avoid at all costs

Easy and quick service
Easy and quick service! The team was available by WhatsApp for calls and any questions. Prices were much better than other rentals and the service was some of the best I've experienced.

I just returned from Venice for 5 days…
I just returned from Venice for 5 days . The check in process was slow . The care was lovely . The return process was poor - eventually found the local number and returned the keys inside the airport . After returning the car i received the NO damage email - I was happy and thought that was it . Oh no - 2 hours later - i get an email with Pictures - I had some dirt on the mats inside the car - I could have just emptied them out , would take approx. 2 mins But I get - 25 Euro fine from them . Since when can you valet a hire car beware of using them This is just a charge to make them money I will not use again
Update. I’ve emailed you so you can “investigate your bogus stealth charge. “
