Arrived one hour late
Arrived one hour late, our reserved car had gone and they wanted us to pay 250 euros even though my original booking was only 60 euros, I think they knew I had a good deal and wanted to make more money on another customer. The girl at the counter couldn’t show evidence that arriving one hour late would incur such charges, she didn’t want to offer us the grace mentioned on the website so very disappointing customer service. Not nice at all.

It could also be assumed that, since we have no details on your name and/or hire, your review is simply aimed at harming the image of our Dear Company by spreading comments that are not very credible and in this case slanderous.

I was scammed. The rental price was very cheap through stress free car rentals - which should have been a warning. On return they have charged me £128.84 for cleaning. They claimed initially we had smoked in the car which we had not. I accept in there was some sand in the footwell, but no car mats were provided. So if you hire from these people factor in time and money to valet the car before you take it back to them. In thirty years of hiring cars I have never had a problem such as this.

Easy car rent no fuss
Easy car rent. I travel quite often to Venice airport and I now choose Viaggiare Rent. Their price are very cheap but they still have the desk at the airport and no need to take the shuttle to the cars depot ( which I never like cause you need to add extra time to your journey

Low cost-good customer service @ check in desk.
Low cost, extra insurance not ridicously expensive, and easy process of check in and out with Olga. She confirmed the refund of the 150 euros deposit, so we shall see if it does go through without problems. I must admit that I was very apprehensive to get a rental from this company, due to the many negative reviews for all sorts of reasons. In all, though, my experience was a positive one.
They lost one star because the person who handles the cars in the lot was not pleasant at all, he acted rushed and unprofessional. Also, the exterior of the car was not clean, in which case it's difficult for customers to detect pre-existing damages.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Next day after returning the car was I’ve received an email that i will be charged with €150 for washing it. There was no mention about this charge anywhere before renting. I've been renting cars many years, it's the only company that expects a customer to go to a car wash just before returning. Plus, 150€ for the washing, it’s incredibly expensive. I will never recommend Viaggiare.

Viaggiare Are Dishonest
Viaggiare were dishonest in charging us for damage to the vehicle that they could not demonstrate occurred during our rental. They did not even mention or point out the damage to us at the point of handback, so we had no way of verifying it. Instead they misled me by asking me to sign a blank screen which apparently meant I was signing to accept the damage. This is clearly a deliberately designed scam to catch out customers after the event. Very dishonest. DO NOT USE THEM!
See the response from them merely reiterates the contract. What they haven't addressed is that they could not demonstrate that the damage occurred during our hire period. Why is it necessary to trick customers if the damage was genuine? Charlotans!

as per our Terms and Conditions signed by you at the time of booking, if damage is found upon return of the vehicle, the amount corresponding to the extent of the damage will be charged. You can check the corresponding amount in our Damage Table in the stipulated rental contract or on our website.
As reported in article 11 "Customer's responsibility in the event of accident, theft and damage and options for reducing liability towards the Lessor" within our terms and conditions, "Where qualification and quantification is not possible through the damage table, the Lessor will charge the amount quoted by one of the partner body shops or based on the damage assessment carried out by a certified expert company, upon communication to the Customer".

Great customer service
Desk stayed open beyond its normal business hours for me to collect the car after my flight was delayed. Car was good quality and a very good price. All existing damage was accurately logged and there was nothing added when I returned the car. Very good experience!

Do not rent a car under any circumstances at Viaggiare Marco Polo airport. I rented a vehicle, when I delivered it the company did not provide me with parking or support on where to leave the vehicle, I had to leave it in the traffic lane. the attendant refused to go to the car to inspect it, he said he would do it later. A few days later they sent me a bill for something that they didn't even prove had happened, and the car didn't suffer the slightest scratch or collision in my possession. What this company does is theft and I ignored other negative feedback about it, so don't do like me Never rent a car from this company. To make matters worse, the attendant who takes care of the comments on this site still tries to invalidate my comment saying it is slander, that is, the customer films every minute of the rental and return, embarrassing the employee and himself or something wrong, his word is no longer worth anything. Disgusting with this company

Do not rent from them
We rented the car from the Venice airport, they gave us the car dirty, both interior/exterior, we of course took photos/videos of the car when collected and on return. They then charged us a cleaning fee when we brought the car in the same condition as given. When I raised this, they showed me some photos they apparently took and the car looked like it was driven through the desert. I showed them the ones we took with date and time as well and they said they’ll investigate and get to me. 3 weeks later and they stopped responding to any of my calls/ messages. Stay away from them
