Stunning bed for an even more stunning price!!

I ordered a bed last week and got a delivery on Sunday. It was so simple to put together and the mattress is the perfect combo of soft and firm. I have had some of the best night sleep of my life in the last couple of days!!

I’m always a bit conscious of buying large items online but these guys were so helpful, answered all of my questions and relieved any of my worries.

The delivery team were so lovely and helpful.

Highly recommend I have purchased two bed from this company one in cream and one in black they come well packaged and are as described. The beds are beautiful and the mattresses comfortable.
I was very happy with the communication from the company throughout and handy that the driver gives you his tracking maps on the day so can get on with your day. Driver was also very friendly. I would recommend this company if looking for a affordable bed that has great quality!

Experience from start to finish has been amazing. From designing my bed, size etc all questions answered so kind and polite. I was so jubious ordering via facebook but wow we aren’t disappointed at all! Everything’s been perfect! Quality of the bed, gas lift access and mattress is amazing couldnt reccomend this company highly enough! Would definitely order again! Thanks so much! x

Was sceptical of buying due to other reviews however the bed has come and looks exactly as it does in the picture. Great quality and it only took 2 days for it to be delivered after ordering. Would recommend.

Terrible customer service. Bought bed today for £570 and after fitting realised its not useable as having too big gaps between frame and mattress. Its dangerous to use. Been told that i must fix it by moving screws by myself even they do offer warranty. Told them that this bed should be 4ft x 84in and its 4ft5in and 87in so way too big and they misslead me. Asked them for an invoice and they told me that i have bought an item on Facebook so will not have one as they have to add vat into it… i will report that „company” to hmrc as they clearly avoid tax by not charging vat and are vat registered business or more likely by not paying proper vat as cash in hand is required without even a handwritten receipt. Also will report them to Tranding Standards so others will be protected. He could just simply offer me repair or replacement or partial refund towards repair but instead was very rude too me.
Avoid at any cost…

Worst business I have encountered in recent time.I didn't make a purchase just because how rude they were, imagine something going wrong and having to deal with them later.Don't touch them with a barge pole or go anywhere near them. Apalling.

Would give a 0 if I could. Appalling customer service. £500 a bed they can’t even APOLOGISE for the cheap materials they make these beds out of. 4 weeks I’ve had this bed and the base has basically snapped it’s that weak.( twice) It’s unbelievable. If your gonna buy don’t!! I got called a liar and told to grow up (little girl) don’t think he’s got any customer service skills.trading standards will be contacted as he isn’t following my rights.

I must have accidentally clicked on a link on Facebook, but I didn't mean to. Got a message from this business and said a bed was not required then got a rude response saying don't click on our link. If I need a bed in future certainly wouldn't use this company. No need for such a rude response
