I ordered the royal stripe bed and mattress on Tuesday morning and it was delivered Thursday. The service was great and the quality of the bed is absolutely brilliant. The mattress is possibly one of the comfiest I've ever had. I was dubious at first because of how cheap it was but i was very wrong. Great service great quality and would highly recommend. Thanks guys

Absolutely love our new king size Richmond wing bed! Customer service was brilliant start to finish. We had a small hiccup while assembling the bed however the guys were very understanding and sent us a replacement part to resolve our mistake and it was delivered within a few days. Cannot fault the service and would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service thr bed is amazing we have never had a new bed so this is extra special for us we wanted a perfect bed nd we have it over the moon isn't enough words can't explain how gorgeous these beds are thank you all again ❤️😊

Worst company ever! Had the bed 1 month, squeaking from near enough the 2nd week! Sent numerous videos and pictures of where it was squeaking from. The side board which connects the bracket too is clearly where the issue was, so when explaining this, they said they’d replace it. Only to send a completely different part of the bed. Kicks off down the phone to me saying it’s my fault and it’s the side rails not the board. Sorry but a side rail, is a rail, they are clearly side boards, beds made of cheap materials anyway. Give me loads of abuse on Facebook messenger, worst company ever. Trading standards will be getting a call about this horrendous company

I ordered a king size bed with a lift! Everything was wonderful until the fact that the bed, the mattress and the lift in total cost 430, but I also had to pay 20 £for delivery in the conditions in which the delivery was not specified! The bed I arrived on Sunday evening at 20.30 (I agreed as I had nothing to sleep on)! After 12 hours of work I started to assemble the bed but the elevator did not work! I left everything for the next day and had the surprise after hours of nerves for it not to work! I have spent more money to have a bed for tonight and no storage space! Only if I move the mattress to one side can I store something! Wasted money for the elevator!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Whilst waiting for answers from the company on facebook, I decided to do research to see what other people had said. After reading reviews, I decided to change my mind and said “On second thoughts, i will leave it. Thankyou anyway.” Their response was “😂 okay love.” And they have blocked me from messaging on facebook.

They are pushy, didn’t even give me a chance to ask questions originally, asked for my post code straight away. Steer clear, seem very dodgy.

Bought the bed, messaged to say side rails wobbled as the brace they use was 1 inch too short, was told this is "normal" few week passes and then we noticed that one of the gas lifters were bent, got sent to factory to pick up replacement gas lift and wooden brace.the correct length, was a nightmare to change.

Bed still wobbling like crazy if you're on it, messaged again and got told we would be charged for a "call out" despite the bed being less than a few months old. Got told to message images and videos over and over then was sent a WhatsApp number to send them a too and got ignored, after a day or so I messaged again on Facebook and was then told they're closed until February???

Refusing refund now and now left with nothing else but to go to trading standards and solicitor if needed, they're trading under several different names on Facebook and the factory is yet again called something different.

Something isn't quite right here.

So I wouldn't recommend from our experience, they appear nice until something goes wrong, and I strongly suspect the reviews they have on their page and here and most likely paid for.

Ordered via Facebook on Wednesday and received Friday impressed delivery driver wasn’t much help but overall the bed is huge and amazing photos do no justice on how lovely and nice the quality is. Came with mattress too just like stated I made afew adjustments to my order such as 60inch headboard with gas storage lift am amazed and totally in love. 5* from me I will definitely be back in the further for any beds I may need 👏🏽🥰

After looking through the selection of beds on Facebook, I messaged asking for price, size, and colour selection which I received within minutes of asking.
After deciding all the above and asking a few more questions which again were answered promptly I finalised the order sent over a deposit via PayPal and we arranged a date for delivery.
The bed came on time on the day which was stated and brought into the house. The service was friendly and polite.
I would definitely buy again for Victoriabeds the bed it self is high quality and very strong and sturdy, the mattress is fantastic and nice to sleep on.

Ordered a mink plush velvet bed with ottoman storage and 60 inch head board and absolutely love it! Great quality and looks expensive and colour is perfect. Delivery was quick and easy and easy to put together would definitely recommend!

I ordered a divan and mattress from Victoria Beds and I couldn’t be more impressed. The bed was delivered within 2 days of ordering, they kept me updated on delivery times and made sure everything was right with the order the day before delivery. The delivery men were lovely and the bed is amazing quality. I didn’t expect the mattress to be the best quality but it really is, it’s sooo comfy. The bed is for my daughter after ordering one from another company and the quality being awful, this one is just perfect. Very happy customer, thank you again!

The bed arrived on time and exactly as the picture. The colour is gorgeous and the frame is very sturdy. I got the matching storage box which was lovely, too. 10/10 would definitely buy from them again :) Also, they communicate very well and answer messages quickly.
