Nails and skin
Vida glow has helped me with strengthening my nails and my skins appearance. Wish i saw improvement with my hair but hopefully it will happen over time. Great collagen product!

I've been waiting for my product to arrive for over two weeks. When I emailed they said this to be due to product shortage. Why would they add the blueberry back on the site if they don't have it. Other than this recent slip up, product always made it on time within a week and I'm satisfied with the actual product. Hence my coming back over and over.

Giving it another go
Didn't notice the taste with my coffee and I was no longer sore after workouts. I was going to stop because I thought it wasn't doing much else, but since I've stopped my hair has been shedding more. So I'm going to give it another go to see if it helps

I honestly did not notice any …
I honestly did not notice any improvements on my hair skin or nails And ordered the 3 pack 3 times. All it did was make me drink more water than I usually would which is a good thing and take more bathroom trips.
