Not 100% compliant, but all worked well in the end
All the parts were delivered,yet I had to make one phone call regarding the information of the second package. No traceability was availible so a very kind employee helped me.
Regarding the ordered bed.
The head side bed frame has an error in the mounting documentation.
I had to drill two holes for the wooden pins on the frame, because the specified three holes are originaly predicted on the wrong side (connecting the bed frame with all the bolts and connections visible on the sleeping side).

Whole Customer Service Should be rated 5/5 .
The whole experience was successfully discused between me - the customer and the supplier vitaXL.

The awning (750 eur) I ordered arrived damaged, which caused additional problems with the operation and assembly of the awning. Since I ordered it in the winter and assembled it in the summer, I had no option to return it. One of the awning arms was missing rivets. A disaster of product and delivery. Don't order anything that you won't immediately assemble and use.

Damaged and used goods
I ordered a folding chair with wheels from you.
When I received the package, it was very damaged, torn and in poor condition.
When I opened the package, I noticed that the chair was also in used condition, i.e. battered, dirty, damaged, a screw is missing, so I can't assemble it.
The chair looks like it was already used and then quickly packed and shipped.
It was already 100% more expensive than other providers, so I expected good quality for such a price

Table damaged, parts didn't fit and needed to be sanded
The table was damaged and i needed to narrow some boards with sandpaper to make them fit into holes. It was a lot of work to put togeather because the parts didn't fit plus the damage, it's not worth it. I assembled it halfway before I saw the damaged parts. Otherwise i'd ask for a refund and returned it. I wouldn't order big furniture from them again.
