The item I order was a really bad-quality one and not a good balance between the price and quality. Also, the product arrived broken. Basically I needed to start repairing the product because returning would have been impossible - wrapping it in might have destryed all the details and the box.

I have never seen an online store behave like this before. They offered a partial refund several times because the items they sent had defects, and then they canceled it without even notifying me, apparently hoping I would forget about the refund.
The quality is awful, and the customer service is just as bad. It is much better to pay a little extra somewhere else and buy products that are actually good quality and free of defects.

I am very grateful that the product still arrived on time, before christmas. Although I ordered too late and was warned that delivery might be delayed, but thanks to the courier and excellent logistics, my order arrived exactly on 23.12 :)

The bookshelf was what I was expecting, there was no undue delay in delivery and
no difficulties occurred when assembling the details. Easy as a set of Lego.

Price reflects the quality
The quality of the furniture is same or worse than from the Soviet times I can remember... I had to measure screwholes and drill them myself, had to use alot of force for the screws to go in. Definitely hard and time consuming to assemble. When finally assembled, it's holding together but the panels don't align and it's not a pleasant sight.
Edit: I DID reply to their request for additional information so the statement that I did not is simply not true.
However I don't see how that could be useful anyhow since I did not encounter any specific issue, I am just writing up a review about my experience that could be useful for others. I also understand that it's cheaper to taunt customers online for better appearances than upgrade designs or the whole manufacturing process. On additional note: I wrote this review after I received an email asking me to do so, which I did, out of my free time and as honestly as I could and I don't think I'm unfair so please take it as it is and refrain from further accusations.

In the picture my order looks well and nice but when i got it,it wasnt like that. Pop-up dent was up only 2 nights and now its broken. A little rain and it ruins pop-up dent legs.

This is an unprofessional international company.Never order from them again!!!
*There is no customer support, only robots answer.
*When returning a product, they lie that the product does not meet the return conditions and therefore charge more than promised.
*In the case of a return, you have to take the item to the courier point yourself.The company is not able to order a courier themselves.

Ordered just 1 item from vidaXL so far
Ordered just 1 item from vidaXL. It kinda worked, but required some adjustment. I had to cut off the installation devices and 3d-print a different installation plate. The original fastening did not fit on my IDO toilet as the flush tank was on the way.
I must say: the device itself works really fine! It is only the mount that took me some work to adjust.

It was easy to order.
It was good and easy to order.
Had little trouble understanding the exact measurements of the furniture. And when I recieved it, it was smaller than I thought.
Also, putting the furniture together was not easy.
