Got my foxtrap

Got my foxtrap, dpd tracker didn't really showed at realtime when it will arrive until morning, got message it will come at noon but thru dpd it was easy to change address and day. Got it, next day. Trap was a bit bended so it was little problem to put it together without any instructions.
Paid when i got it to dpd, easy.

vidaXL did not issue an invoice for some goods despite repeated reminders. There is no real possibility to track the route of the goods. Unable to call service provider. Customer service representatives are not just people, they are text robots.

Curtains and a closet

I ordered two items: curtains and a amall closet. There were some problems with both of the items (wrong screws for the closet and heavily wrikled curtains, washing and steam-ironing was of almost no help). Thaks to the seller's prompt attention and friendly communication, the problems are more or less resolved! Two stars for the purchased products and five star for the communication and problem resolution.
