Problem solved - not showing up on the screen at the venue.

We had a good experience solving our problem back when we realised that our ads was not running at the venue. It took less than a day to get fixed.

I had such a positive experience…

I had such a positive experience speaking with Puja during my welcome call with Vista Vue. From the very start, she made the whole process feel easy, relaxed and genuinely welcoming. Puja has a lovely way of communicating – warm, clear and professional – which immediately put me at ease.

What could have felt like a formal call instead felt like a friendly conversation. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. It was refreshing to speak with someone who is both knowledgeable and approachable.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE - REFUND ONLY PAID AFTER GOING TO COURT ALSO THEY ARE KNOWN AS DIRECT DIGITAL PLEASE CHECK OUT THEIR REVIEWS

I had a very disappointing experience with Vistavue Ltd / Direct Digital
We experienced ongoing issues with the screen not working from the very beginning, despite providing evidence, making phone calls which I repeatedly raised with the company, saying that the screens were not working at all, I was repeatedly told and fobbed off everything was fine. REALLY!
After a long dispute (1 Year) with this company who eventually admitted and acknowledged fault, customer service is a joke they offered me a refund in writing and for 3 months they kept assuring me I was on their payment run, this refund never materialised, They should of sent me the money as it ended up costing them more! Certainly would not want her working for my Company.

I informed them I would be taking them to court which I did, they then sent me a letter offering me more money than the original refund!! I agreed to this, however I was more than happy to go to court with the amount of evidence I had.

Part of the refund was paid, but the remaining balance was delayed despite clear promises about when it would be processed. When I queried this, I was told the refund had been processed and that I should check my bank, interestingly the payment only appeared shortly after I requested proof that it had actually been sent. If I had not of chased this I would have had to wait even longer.

Overall the experience involved a lot of chasing, changing explanations and lies causing unnecessary stress before the matter was finally resolved.

I would strongly advise ANYONE considering using this company VISTAVUE / DIRECT DIGITAL to STAY WELL AWAY!!
And please check your screens are working as they will fob you off!!!
AVOID If possible I would not even give 1 star.

DO NOT DEAL WITH...please read below!!

It's been 3 months and I still have no add for my business after paying in full ($4k+) and being told everything was in place. Then I find out the screen hasn't even been installed and they have no ETA on the screen. No communication. I then sent an email asking for cancellation and a refund and was refused because "the contract doesn't have a specified date". Highly do not recommend with this sort of mentality. I will be going to Hyatt tomorrow to discuss my experience with the GM and hopefully will be able to shed some light on the company they are getting involved with.
